Black & Grey HR is partnering with a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia for their supermarket division. Our client is looking for a Demand Planner who will be responsible for ensuring optimal product availability, efficient inventory management, and accurate sales forecasting.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and improve demand forecasts across all supermarket product categories using statistical models, historical sales data, and market insights.

Key Accountabilities
Sales Forecasting
- Operate the DPW model to establish accurate forecasts based on historical sales data, promotional history, and competitor activity adjustments.
- Maintain accurate historical sales data, including annotations for specific ENTAJ activities, competitor actions, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions, in order to generate a smoothed and reliable forecast curve.
- Develop forecasts by channel, route, customer, and SKU, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all business segments.
