We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamicHead of Delivery & Operations to lead and oversee the successful execution of all current and future technology and digital transformation projects across the company. This role is central to ensuring seamless delivery, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and fostering operational excellence across the organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, development, research, and strategy—to ensure all projects are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. The role also includes contributing to strategic business initiatives, including client engagement, proposal development, and supporting commercial growth alongside the Head of Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all ongoing and upcoming digital transformation and technology projects.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s quality standards.
- Implement and optimize delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for project challenges, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
- Regularly engage with clients to align expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback.

- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior delivery or operations leadership role within adigital agency orconsultancy environment (client-side experience is not suitable).
- Deep understanding ofdigital transformation ,software development ,UX/CX , and agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in client engagement and supporting business development efforts.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in or with GCC-based clients is a strong advantage.

Are you passionate about driving sustainable waste management practices and environmental stewardship? We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Waste Management Operations to lead and oversee waste management services for a large-scale park facility in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will ensure the effective and environmentally responsible collection, segregation, treatment, and disposal of all waste streams, while focusing on waste minimization, recycling, and compliance with NCEC and Riyadh municipal regulations.
What You'll Be Doing:
Develop and Implement Waste Management Plans: Create and oversee a comprehensive waste management program aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 sustainability objectives and NCEC requirements.
Manage Service Providers: Oversee the performance of waste management contractors, ensuring compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and regulatory obligations.
Ensure Proper Waste Handling: Supervise the segregation, collection, transportation, treatment, and disposal of all waste types, including general, recyclable, organic, hazardous, medical, and construction waste.
Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Maintain full compliance with Saudi Arabian environmental laws and NCEC regulations related to waste management.
Promote Waste Reduction and Recycling: Drive initiatives to minimize waste generation, increase recycling rates, and explore innovative waste treatment technologies.
Conduct Waste Audits and Reporting: Perform regular waste audits, track waste data, and prepare detailed compliance and performance reports.
Deliver Awareness and Training Programs: Develop and implement waste management awareness campaigns and training sessions for staff, FM personnel, and facility occupants.
What You’ll Bring to the Role:
A bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Waste Management, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience managing large-scale waste management operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Experience in Saudi Arabia and familiarity with NCEC regulations are essential.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian waste management laws, waste treatment technologies, recycling processes, and hazardous waste protocols.
Proven expertise in developing waste management plans, conducting audits, and managing vendor contracts.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills to effectively promote waste reduction and recycling initiatives.
Relevant certifications in waste or environmental management are a plus.
What Desired Skills You'll Bring:
Experience working in public realm or park environments.
