We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Delivery & Operations to lead and oversee the successful execution of all current and future technology and digital transformation projects across the company. This role is central to ensuring seamless delivery, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and fostering operational excellence across the organization.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, development, research, and strategy—to ensure all projects are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. The role also includes contributing to strategic business initiatives, including client engagement, proposal development, and supporting commercial growth alongside the Head of Commercial.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all ongoing and upcoming digital transformation and technology projects.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the company’s quality standards.
  • Implement and optimize delivery frameworks, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for project challenges, ensuring swift and effective resolution.
  • Regularly engage with clients to align expectations, provide updates, and gather feedback.
  • Drive operational excellence across departments, ensuring efficient workflows and team collaboration.
  • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example to cultivate harmony, motivation, and problem-solving across delivery teams.
  • Mentor and manage delivery and operations teams, ensuring clear alignment with goals and KPIs.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration between design, development, UX, CX, and product teams.
  • Identify skill gaps and recommend strategic hiring or training initiatives.
  • Support the Head of Commercial in client meetings, proposal development, and business opportunities.
  • Contribute to the company’s revenue goals by identifying upsell opportunities and ensuring delivery excellence that drives repeat business.
  • Provide insights into project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning during the sales process.
  • Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior delivery or operations leadership role within a digital agency or consultancy environment (client-side experience is not suitable).
  • Deep understanding of digital transformation , software development , UX/CX , and agile delivery methodologies.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience in client engagement and supporting business development efforts.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in or with GCC-based clients is a strong advantage.
  • Preferably of European or British nationality .
  • Willing to be based full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .

  • Ensure solutions align with corporate design standards and Saudi Aramco's process safety and risk management frameworks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 4 years experience implementing digital operations management solutions in oil & gas or related industries.
  • Experience with digital work permit systems, integrity management, operational risk assessment, and mobile-enabled field rounds.
  • Familiarity with Sphera, Honeywell, AVEVA solutions related to operations management.
  • Strong knowledge of process safety standards, barrier management models (Swiss Cheese, Bow Tie), and operational risk frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery skills.
