We are looking for a highly experienced and dynamic Head of Delivery & Operations to lead and oversee the successful execution of all current and future technology and digital transformation projects across the company. This role is central to ensuring seamless delivery, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and fostering operational excellence across the organization.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams—including design, development, research, and strategy—to ensure all projects are executed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. The role also includes contributing to strategic business initiatives, including client engagement, proposal development, and supporting commercial growth alongside the Head of Commercial.

- Provide insights into project scoping, budgeting, and resource planning during the sales process.
- Proven experience (10+ years) in a senior delivery or operations leadership role within a digital agency or consultancy environment (client-side experience is not suitable).
- Deep understanding of digital transformation , software development , UX/CX , and agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in client engagement and supporting business development efforts.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in or with GCC-based clients is a strong advantage.
- Preferably of European or British nationality .
- Willing to be based full-time in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia .
