Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation: Support the implementation of Slim4, assisting in system configuration, testing, and deployment based on client requirements.
- Technical Support: Collaborate with clients to understand their supply chain challenges and help tailor solutions using Slimstock’s tools.
- Client Interaction: Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their needs, advising on best practices, and ensuring that Slim4’s capabilities are fully leveraged to optimize their inventory and demand planning processes.
- Training & Documentation: Assist in delivering training sessions for clients on system functionalities, customizations, and best practices. Create and maintain clear documentation for client-specific configurations and customizations.
- Project Management: Contribute to project coordination, helping track timelines, deliverables, and communication between internal and client teams to ensure that client projects are completed on time and within scope.
- Continuous Improvement: Collect feedback from clients to drive improvements in both the product and the implementation process.
- Pre-Sales Support: Assist the sales team by providing technical expertise in the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations and consultations.
- Stay up to date with supply chain trends and Slimstock’s evolving product features to better support clients.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Microsoft SQL for system customization.
- Supply Chain Knowledge: A solid understanding of supply chain concepts and the ability to apply Slimstock’s tools in a variety of industries.
- Communication Skills: Ability to clearly articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a proactive attitude within a team, collaborating with colleagues from different functions including sales, support, and development teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel as required to support client needs.
Qualification:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in supply chain management or a related industry. Previous experience with demand planning and inventory optimization tools is an advantage.

The person is principally responsible for the management and execution of consulting projects, building client relationship throughout the delivery of impactful strategic recommendations, and also contribution to commercial activities.
Due to continuing company success and expansion plans, the Advisory Group - focusing on Strategy and Implementation - is seeking a consultant based in our Riyadh office, to shape the next stage of growth within this well-established location.
Qualifications, Knowledge And Experience
- Bachelors / Master’s Degree or MBA in related business discipline
- Engineering background
- PMP certified is mandatory.
- A total experience between 5-7 years in both Strategy and Transformation
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Saudi market with consulting firms.
- Experience in leading strategic projects related to vision 2030 such as NIS, NIS 2.0, NTP, PPP, OR Shareek program.
- Experience in delivering projects for ministries, VRO departments, OR semi-gov.
- Demonstrated interest in digital trends
- Business acumen and analytical ease
- Interactions with C-suite, Ministries’ advisors, deputy ministers, VPs and Managing Directors.
- Experience in supporting sales teams in closing deals.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Demonstrating personal qualities that include being strategic thinker, self-starter, fast-learner, visionary, pragmatic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with complete fluency in English
- Experience in an international environment will be appreciated, working with a multi-cultural team members based remotely
- Ability to work autonomously and also effectively in a team entourage
- Strong ability to acquire, analyse and manage information, with experience in conducting primary and secondary research, trends analysis, market assessment and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative data
- Client relationship building skills

- Manage project streams or projects
- Deliver key tasks of the consulting projects (research, analysis, recommendations, coaching of junior team members)
- Collaborate with market insight / industry teams
- Identify relevant strategies for clients based on insight
- Complete high quality project tasks on time and within budget
- Development digital strategy and transformation roadmap
- Testing of new business models and value propositions
- Benchmark companies’ strategies and organisations to describe Best Practices
- Identification and prioritization of strategic options looking at long and shorter term acquisition opportunities
- Analysis of market entry options with financial scenario modelling
- Evaluate strategic roadmaps through detailed action planning and financial simulation
