BAE Systems is the UK Government’s nominated Prime Contractor (PC) under the Government-to-Government arrangements that are in place to provide equipment, support, and training to Saudi Arabia. We maintain Royal Saudi Air Force (RSAF) aircraft and train RSAF personnel in a safe training environment on how to operate their aircraft, equipment, and weapons.

The Data Management Lead ensures organizational data is accurately collected, cleaned, validated, stored, and maintained for analytics and reporting. This role focuses on enhancing data quality, integrity, and accessibility to support business intelligence and decision-making.

• Report to the Head of Data Service and support strategic development of the Business Analytics and Insights Department.
• Act as deputy for the Head of Data Service when required.
• Perform staff performance reviews, recruitment, and development.
• Support Data Service meetings and reviews.
• Deliver weekly and monthly briefings to BA&I Management.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and report issues to the Head of Data Service.
• Carry out Data Management activities: data identification, collection, validation, cleansing, and organization.
• Manage Data Collection & Consolidation from multiple sources.
• Ensure Data Validation & Accuracy, Data Cleansing, and Data Organization & Storage following best practices.
• Maintain data sources and provide access to the BA&I Department.
• Develop and deliver future Data Service capabilities.
• Translate raw data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Document, test, validate, and present analytics results to non-expert personnel and senior executives.
• Assess the impact of engineering changes on configuration and Supply Chain Data.
• Verify parameters, assumptions, and data periodically.
• Liaise with internal and external customer organizations as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with ITAR/EAR regulations and procedures.
• Identify personnel requiring lead trade courses.

SWATX is seeking a dedicated and experienced Data Management Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and hands-on support in all areas of data management, including data governance, data quality, and data integration. Working closely with clients, you will assess their data needs, develop data management strategies, and implement solutions that drive efficient and effective data operations.

Responsibilities:

• Profound knowledge of data management frameworks, methodologies, and the standards and policies of the National Data Management Office (NDMO), along with their practical implementation
• Provide guidance and consultation on implementing data management frameworks, methodologies, and policies in alignment with NDMO standards and requirements
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess current data management practices and identify areas for improvement
