Overview
The Director of Business Intelligence will lead the company’s data and analytics strategy, ensuring the effective use of business intelligence tools, processes, and insights to support decision-making across all business functions. This role will oversee BI governance, data architecture, reporting solutions, and advanced analytics initiatives, driving a data-driven culture that enhances operational efficiency and strategic growth.

- Business Partnership: Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in analytics, big data, and visualization.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 5-9 years in data analytics, BI, or related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years in a leadership role managing BI or data teams.
- Experience: Proven success in implementing enterprise-wide BI strategies.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, or similar).
- Skills: Expertise in SQL, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
