Role & Responsibilities:

- Provide suggestions related to the performance measurement indicators of the data access program to measure the progress levels of these programs, while ensuring to prepare these suggestions follows approved international standards and regulations in this regard.
- Coordinate with the concerned parties within all K.A.CARE sectors and departments, receive reports issued by them which are related to the open data programs, and examine these reports and submit suggestions concerning them to the direct supervisor.

Responsibilities:
1. Digitalization Strategy & Data Frameworks
- Translate the COO's digital transformation vision into a comprehensive operational digitalization roadmap, focusing on data integration across utilities, facilities, transport, and security domains.
- Develop and maintain a unified data management framework that consolidates inputs from IoT devices, SCADA systems, UAQ's EAM software, and external software.
