Responsibilities

• Manage the entire model development lifecycle, including design, experimentation, evaluation, prototyping, and production, ensuring high-quality results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• At least 6 years of relevant experience, with 4+ years in science and engineering management.
• Proven experience in building and deploying Natural Language Understanding applications in production environments.
• Proficiency in Arabic language; knowledge of Modern Standard Arabic grammar and morphology is a plus.
• Strong Python programming skills, with advanced techniques and concepts.
• Extensive experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow frameworks.
• Experience handling large-scale, noisy text corpora (processing, cleaning, deduplication).
• Experience with large-scale distributed AI training and inference, including multi-node GPU computing, is a plus.
• Familiarity with multimodal foundation models is a plus.
• Background in computational or formal linguistics is a plus.
