to join their project team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in planning and scheduling for large-scale
data center construction or fit-out projects
. This role is critical in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 (or equivalent).
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility.
- Identify risks, delays, and opportunities for recovery and provide mitigation strategies.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and client review.
- Support claims analysis, extension of time requests, and contractual planning matters.
- Ensure alignment with project milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations.
Requirements
- Data Center project experience is a must
(construction, MEP, or fit-out). - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
