**Key Responsibilities**

- Certifications: DAMA, CMMI, DCAM, Cloud platforms
- Arabic speaking and fluent English

**Your key responsibilities**
In this exciting new role as a Senior consultant / Assistant manager you will be responsible for managing up to two projects alongside senior business leaders such as Directors and Partners, and enable clients to determine a FAAS strategy that appropriately addresses risk and manages client expectations relating to deliverables. Provide client advisory in the context of data driven transformation, solution validation, test scenario development and data migration. Develop business process and target operating model that are heavily enabled using data technologies.
The role will also involve ensuring work is delivered timely and in compliance with regulatory requirements, delivering effective execution of the FAAS service delivery framework, working with other service lines in providing an integrated service delivery and monitoring the FAAS engagement team's performance against the budget. You will identify and communicate relevant trends, developments and key performance drivers relevant to the client, consult with appropriate resources on complex accounting issues and participate in sales of new FAAS work.

Job Summary/ObjectiveThe Enterprise Strategy Consultant is responsible for guiding clients in the planning, design, and implementation of industry best practices and frameworks to meet their evolving needs. This role requires a deep understanding of various management frameworks, strong analytical skills, and the ability to provide tailored solutions that enhance organizational performance.
Key Responsibilities- Process Planning and Implementation
- Perform planning, design, and implementation of processes, procedures, policies, and controls through conducting meetings with clients to gather the requirements, benchmark against best practices and develop documentation to align with best practices and client requirements with the industry standards and improve the overall operational efficiency.
- Analyze and recommend enhancements based on industry standards and practices across various domains by conducting research, review existing practices, and engage with industry experts to gather insights to drive continuous improvement and ensure the organization remains competitive and compliant.
- Identify any challenges the business might face and propose strategic solutions through SWOT analysis and stakeholders’ meetings to understand the challenges and the objectives provided to support the organization's progress towards achieving goals.
- System Improvement and Measurement
- Improve existing management practices and identify key operational metrics for process improvements through regular review for the current practices, gathering data and collaborate with teams to define the relevant metrics to enable data driven decision making.
- Assist in preparing presentations, proposals and conduct policy analysis to define requirements, communicate findings and provide recommendations clearly to stakeholders to facilitating informed decision-making.
- Gap Analysis and Maturity Assessments
- Conduct gap analysis and maturity assessments to identify current and future states, client needs, best practices, and competitive insights.
- Use software or real-time analytics tools to identify how well a business is adopting its new strategies and provide this feedback to senior leaders or stakeholders by implementing analytics tools to track the performance metrics and gather real-time data.
- Facilitation and Documentation
- Facilitate and document workshops focused on process and procedure design through workshops to capture feedback and decisions to ensure that processes are aligned with client needs and organizational goals through collective input.
- Deliver training and awareness sessions on relevant frameworks and management practices to enhance understanding and adoption of best practices within the organization.
- Proposal Development
- Develop RFPs (Request for proposal) and technical proposals in coordination with the unit head to secure new projects and opportunities by presenting it clearly and competitively.
- Contribute to the design and development of internal tools, standards, templates, and procedures to support project deliverables and ensure consistency and quality across initiatives.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications : Professional certifications in management frameworks (e.g., ITIL, COBIT, TOGAF) are preferred.
- Experience : Extensive knowledge and work experience (5+ years) in management frameworks and consulting; participation in relevant projects as a leader or key consultant.
- 3+ years of technical experience in one or more IT domains (Infrastructure, Application, Security, etc.).
- Strong understanding of process design, development, and implementation methodologies and tools.
- Strong analytical skills to review and understand complex information, including inter-relations, dependencies, and workflows.
