Summary
Data Analysis Specialist is responsible for all Quality data collection, analysis and visualization, developing and maintaining Quality Dashboards and KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Collect and capture all Data and KPIs related to Manufacturing Quality.
- Develop Quality Dashboard using Lucid Applications and Tools to ensure data and KPIs visualization.
- Conduct data analysis and deep dives to visualize priorities and top contributors that require focus.
- Identify data and Quality issues trends versus Problem Solving.
- Track effectiveness of actions plans through data.
- Maintain all Quality Dashboards updated and accurate.
- Escalate urgent issues and prioritize business needs.
- Provide required support to all Quality functions regarding data collection, visualization and analysis.
- Develop regular reports for different management levels.
- Prepare reporting for weekly and monthly Quality reviews.
- Engineer degree in Industrial, data management or equivalent.
- Previous experience with OEM is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office tools (MS-Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Experience with Tableau and SmartSheet is a strong plus.
- Experience with the Manufacturing Execution System Application/Environment is a strong plus.
- Experience with Sales Force Application is a strong plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong record-keeping and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and people skills, comfortable presenting ideas and issues to peer groups and leaders.

OVERALL JOB PURPOSE
The Data Governance Manager is the central authority responsible for organizing, administering, and promoting the Data Governance Framework across Maaden. This role ensures the effective implementation of data governance policies, standards, and practices to enhance data quality, integrity, security, and compliance. The manager will lead the Data Governance Operations and Projects, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive enterprise-wide data maturity and enable data-driven decision-making.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of Maaden’s Data Governance Framework.
- Oversee the Data Governance Operations and Projects, including policy enforcement, monitoring, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with business units and technical to ensure alignment of data governance initiatives with enterprise objectives.
- Facilitate change management for updates in data governance policies and processes.
- Deliver training, mentoring, and awareness programs to promote data governance best practices.
- Chair the Data Governance Council and coordinate with Data Stewards, Data Owners, and Data Champions.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., PDPL, other data protection laws).
- Monitor and report on data quality metrics and governance KPIs.
- Support metadata management, data cataloging, and data lineage initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Management, or a related field.
- Professional certifications such as CDMP, DCAM, are preferred.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Minimum 8–10 years of experience in data governance, data management, or enterprise information management.
- Proven experience in leading data governance programs in large organizations.
- Strong understanding of data governance tools (e.g. Informatica, Microsoft Purview).
- Familiarity with NDMO, data privacy regulations and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive cultural change.
