Data Governance and Administration Coordinator
to join our team in Jeddah. This role is critical in supporting our data governance framework, ensuring the quality, accuracy, and accessibility of key organizational data. This is a full-time, high-impact contract position with an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for a combination of essential administrative support and core data quality tasks:

• Data Quality Monitoring:
  Help monitor and maintain data quality, accuracy, and consistency to ensure data is reliable for all reporting and analysis purposes.
• Process Support:
  Assist in the development and maintenance of data management processes, including data classification, metadata management, and data access procedures.
• System Administration:
  Manage and maintain task status, updates, and documentation within the
  ASANA
  project management system.
• Meeting Coordination:
  Prepare agendas, accurately take and circulate
  Minutes of Meeting (MOM)
  for Data Governance committee and stakeholder sessions.
• Reporting:
  Prepare and finalize high-quality department presentations and summary reports for management and executive review.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience:
  Proven professional experience in an administrative, coordination, or data quality support role.
• Technical Proficiency:
  High proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and experience working with a task management system (e.g., ASANA, Jira, Trello).
• Communication:
  Exceptional written communication skills, particularly in preparing formal minutes, presentations, and reports.

Job Description

• Design & implement the data governance framework and operating model and roles and responsibilities
• Design & implement the data governance process workflows
• Conduct requirement gathering, business analysis, and any data architecture activities with the data governance
• Participate in the data maturity assessment sessions and gap analysis
• Participate in alignment with EA teams and data strategy across the organization.
