  • Survey Consultant to help client firms classify their employees, collect their pay data, analyze and validate their data submissions, produce/ analyze/ assess benchmark reports, formulate trend insights, tailored solutions based on the need, and present results to Client’s mid tier stakeholders & recommend design changes to help shape better decisions, addressing specific business challenges & objectives.
  • To be equipped to independently run Job match sessions for small to mid-scale/ non-critical clients, shadow seniors for large accounts for Compensation surveys based on the organization’s proprietary framework.
  • Ensures ‘Survey Project Management Governance’ - TAT, Quality, Strategic & Operational priorities, Stakeholder Coordination, Information sharing framework that preserves the sanctity and ensures security, overall risk mitigation & effective communication.
  • Designs and drafts presentations that are appropriately tailored for the audience, including client project teams and Remuneration Committee and Board stakeholders, with limited supervision.
  • To continuously assess and understand client business dynamics and complexities, adapting analysis approaches and solutions accordingly.
  • Capable of facing off with mid-level client HR professionals and transacting on tactical questions.

  • Provides training to the new joiners, invest in building Unmatched Talent.
  • Cross collaborates with wider Aon consulting colleagues by providing client/ industry knowledge, Rewards Data solution inputs that support in delivery of broader consultancy/ transformation projects.

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in business administration/ accounting/ economics/ mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Engineering or Human Resource from a renowned university
  • 3-6 years of work experience in Rewards (Compensation) Consulting or in-house Rewards Management
  • Strong understanding of compensation benchmarking methodologies and best practices
  • Prior expertise of data extraction techniques such as SQL, Python, or R, as well as proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI) to be an added advantage

Responsibilities
  • Work with customer technical leads, client executives, and partners to manage and deliver data-focused implementations and migrations to Google Cloud Platform (GCP), acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Translate complex customer data requirements into recommendations for appropriate solution architectures, consulting services, and implementation plans.
  • Lead the program management of multi-functional Google Cloud Delivery Center projects, with a focus on data-related deliverables. Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate expertise in data pipelines, data analytics, data visualization techniques, and data warehousing concepts, including data warehouse technical architectures, infrastructure components, ETL/ELT, and reporting/analytic tools and environments.
  • Interact with sales, partners, and customer technical stakeholders to manage project scope, priorities, deliverables, risks/issues, and timelines. Mentor junior consultants and participate in community contributions to improve team culture and operations.
Minimum qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in planning and executing the governance of cloud adoption, IT transformation, and cloud migrations, with a focus on data-related projects and technical implementation.
  • Experience with SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra, DynamoDB, etc.).
  • Experience with data warehouse technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks).
Preferred qualifications
  • Certification in GCP Professional Data Engineer or other relevant cloud certifications.
  • Experience with a range of GCP data services (e.g., BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer).
  • Experience reading software code in one or more languages such as Java, Python, NodeJS, Golang, Javascript.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of Enterprise IT, cloud technologies, and data engineering principles.

Responsibilities
  • Leads a multidisciplinary team to execute and deliver digital and AI projects for Gas Plants, from solution scouting, scoping, PoC, deployment, evaluation, to value tracking.
  • Originates and carries out studies to identify potential advanced analytics use cases and applications to existing problems, resolving complex technical problems, increasing revenue, optimizing processes, protecting the environment, or improving safety using advanced analytics/data science.
  • Examines business problems and identifies the required learning tasks (e.g., classification, clustering, regression, forecasting, etc.).
  • Selects appropriate machine learning algorithms suited for the learning task and data structure (e.g., Decision Trees/Forest, SVM, kNN, Neural Networks, Deep Learning).
  • Builds and deploys predictive models using algorithms such as linear/logistic/dynamic regression to address business needs.
Qualifications
  • Preferred major study in BS in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or another related degree from an accredited university. An advanced degree in an engineering discipline with focus on machine learning, artificial intelligence, applied statistics or operations research is desirable.
  • Experience with Statistics, Machine Learning, Time Series, Deep Learning, NLP, Foundation Models.
  • Knowledge of Python, APIs and other machine learning frameworks is a must.
  • Experience with selecting appropriate machine learning algorithms, building predictive/forecasting models, and solution deployment and maintenance is desirable.
  • Experience with deployment of advanced analytics solutions based on machine learning techniques in upstream and downstream processes is an asset.
  • Knowledge of plant automation systems, standard real-time interfaces such as OPC and process historians such as PI is desirable.
  • Experience with identification of new advanced analytics use cases, business value quantification, and working with multi-disciplinary teams on delivering analytics solutions is an asset.
  • Awareness of Digital Transformation and delivering Digitalization initiatives is an asset.

Responsibilities
  • Manage relationships with customer’s IT management and operational personnel responsible for data protection
  • Demonstrate the value of a product and/or service technology to advance customer business objectives
  • Drive/assist sales process during project negotiations depending on the project type by collaborating with other Dell sales teams
  • Assist other Dell teams to understand and position data protection portfolio stand-alone or as a part of a larger portfolio
  • As a representative of a business unit, manage market pricing of the products, marketing and online presence of the brand and develop growth and sustainability plan for the territory managed
Essential Requirements
  • Extensive sales skills in understanding customer needs, tailoring solutions and driving sales process and advanced knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
  • Excellent understanding of product configurations
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to communicate with customers, support personnel and leadership
  • Territory planning and management. End-to-end responsibility
  • Experience in Data Protection, Backup and Cyber Security is a plus
