**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Lead Data & Analytics Technology Consulting and Architecture projects for a variety of clients in Saudi Arabia, working with the delivery teams in large scale complex programmes
- Lead initiatives, produce relevant deliverables and manage EPAM’s Data Analytics offering and go-to market strategy across the region
- Drive engagements and major transformation through execution phases and where applicable, lead internal, client and third-party vendor mixed teams
- Stay abreast of current and emerging trends, unique opportunities and challenges of the space/markets and geographies in which the clients operate, and how it affects clients’ business and initiatives
- Undertake service design and continuously improve our methodology and consulting offering and lead implementation of the solutions from establishing project requirements and goals to solution "go-live"
- Engage client organisations at the executive / C-level, helping customers drive enterprise-wide agendas as well as external and internal partners to maximise growth within an account/client portfolio
- Responsible for shaping data solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
- Understand the full end-end product cycle, from product vision/strategy, user experience design through development and release
- Lead Practice development, driving and orchestrating transformation and product solutions, teams, strategic roadmaps, and continuous improvement/optimisation programs
- Support sales / pre-sales activities by assessing data opportunities, responding to RFP’s, creating proposals and presentations, establishing relationships with clients and prospective clients, and helping to close / sign new deals
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Fluent English and Arabic speaker with knowledge of working in Saudi Arabia
- Industry visionary, avid technologist at heart, with extensive technology experience in the areas of Data Analytics in driving large scale D&A transformation projects
- Experience in leading the Data Analytics consulting/architecture arm of a complex business
- Extensive experience developing and growing client relationships, leading multi-disciplinary teams, delivering end-to-end solutions and driving scalable enterprise initiatives
- Cloud data platforms, BI, data warehousing, data lakes and awareness of Cloud (Azure, GCP, AWS), Big Data, Analytics, Data Science technologies and trends
- Able to articulate the pros and cons of technology choices and solution design decisions and to construct and present rational options to clients and prospective clients on the options they have
- Confident in expressing points-of-view, making recommendations and presenting analysis and recommendations up to C-level where appropriate
- Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to your team

- Survey Consultant to help client firms classify their employees, collect their pay data, analyze and validate their data submissions, produce/ analyze/ assess benchmark reports, formulate trend insights, tailored solutions based on the need, and present results to Client’s mid tier stakeholders & recommend design changes to help shape better decisions, addressing specific business challenges & objectives.
- To be equipped to independently run Job match sessions for small to mid-scale/ non-critical clients, shadow seniors for large accounts for Compensation surveys based on the organization’s proprietary framework.
- Ensures ‘Survey Project Management Governance’ - TAT, Quality, Strategic & Operational priorities, Stakeholder Coordination, Information sharing framework that preserves the sanctity and ensures security, overall risk mitigation & effective communication.
- Designs and drafts presentations that are appropriately tailored for the audience, including client project teams and Remuneration Committee and Board stakeholders, with limited supervision.
