Responsible for effective delivery of technical support and installations. This will include break-fix tasks, includes hardware, network, cabling and rack deployments, site planning, problem escalation and managing installations in an Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) datacenter. Prioritize ticketing queues, resolving escalations, and clearing blocking issues to enable continued delivery of technician activities in accordance with internal polices and service level agreements. About the candidate:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Systems OR equivalent work experience
- Experience in IT Infrastructure support and server administration in a mid-sized environment (200 - 1000+ server systems)
- Experience with data center M&E equipment
- Demonstrated examples of a drive to dig into the details of a system or process to solve customer problems
- Experience working in a “mission critical operations” environment
- The position involves on-call which means you should have a driving license and be able to reach out to the Data Center site within 60 mins approximately and may require working in cramped spaces or elevated locations.
- Ability to speak confidently and to communicate clearly in a virtual environment

Required Data Center experience:
- Basic knowledge of data center design, including electrical and cooling plant & operation

- Strong structured cabling skills on fiber & copper (e.g. looming, term & test)
Required systems & hardware expertise:

Parsons is seeking a detail-oriented and technically capable
Data Center Engineer
to support the
design and implementation
phases of a next-generation data center supporting the Qiddiya giga-project. The candidate will work closely with design consultants, project managers, and infrastructure engineers to assist in planning, documenting, reviewing, and delivering a scalable, secure, and resilient data center facility in line with international and Qiddiya-specific standards.
This is a site-based, project-delivery role ideal for engineers early in their careers who want to contribute to one of Saudi Arabia's most iconic and transformative developments.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support the technical review of data center design documents including layouts, power & cooling schematics, and MEP integration.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure alignment of IT requirements with civil, mechanical, and electrical design specifications.
- Assist in preparing technical submittals, design clarifications, and material specifications for approval.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors during data center build-out and fit-out stages.
- Monitor implementation progress to ensure adherence to design, quality, and safety standards.
- Participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) for IT and infrastructure equipment.
- Assist in capacity planning, infrastructure topology mapping, and documentation development.
- Support deployment of server racks, cabling design, containment systems, and structured cabling layouts.
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems with the facility environment.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Tier standards (e.g., Uptime Institute Tier III/IV), ISO certifications, and Qiddiya governance.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in infrastructure, design, or IT project implementation (internship or co-op acceptable).

How You'll Help Us Connect The World
This role focuses on driving marketing strategy and execution across MEA to support data center business growth. It involves creating region-specific plans, increasing brand visibility through campaigns and thought leadership, and managing integrated programs targeting key audiences. The position also oversees budget allocation to ensure effective use of resources.
A key responsibility is developing and enabling a strong partner ecosystem, including distributors and system integrators. This includes training, certification, co-marketing, and incentive programs to boost partner performance and alignment with business goals.
The role leads demand generation efforts to deliver qualified leads and support strategic deals through account-based marketing. It works closely with sales to identify growth opportunities and competitive plays.
Additionally, the role monitors market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform strategy and provide feedback to product teams, contributing to pricing and solution positioning aligned with global objectives.
Required Qualifications For Consideration
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in marketing and/or channel management, preferably within ICT infrastructure solutions.
- Proven track record in MEA channel development, partner enablement, and demand generation.
- Strong understanding of data center infrastructure trends (structured cabling, connectivity, DCIM, power, cooling).
- Experience managing multi-country marketing programs with diverse cultural and regulatory landscapes.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and ability to work across sales, technical, global marketing, and operations teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in CRM/marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Eloqua, etc.).
- Fluent in English and Arabic mandatory, French is a plus.

Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive Data Center Engineer to drive the smooth and efficient operation of our data center facilities. You'll manage maintenance, optimize processes, and collaborate across teams to ensure uninterrupted services, while supporting colocation environments and contributing to the company's future-ready infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising the preventive maintenance activities as per the plan for the Data Center facilities.
- Prepare reports and keep Data Center records updated.
- Perform the change management procedures for the Data Center.
- Assist in monitoring Data Center operations, analyze Data Center problems or failures periodically and proactively, and escalate to the line manager for any abnormality.
- Cover 24/7 shifts.
- Assist in developing and ensuring the implementation of processes, methods, and procedures of Data Centers to carry out the activities and duties.
- Ensure proper documentation and operations logging.
- Coordinate continuously and effectively with internal divisions / departments to ensure a smooth workflow for Data Center tasks and activities.
- Ensure the readiness of the infrastructure and facilities for future development and the company's operations plans.
- Perform any other related tasks as directed.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Electromechanical / Electrical / Computer Engineering or any related field.
- Professional certifications in relevant areas, such as CDCP (Preferred).
- Ability to work under pressure and on shifts/call-outs.
- Good Communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
