Our Associate Managers and Managers will lead and oversee the delivery of complex data and digital transformation projects as part of our Saudi Arabia team. - Direct and manage sector-specific programs in oil, gas, and petrochemicals

- Conduct high-level due diligence and advise on emerging digital solutions
- Build and manage relationships across internal teams, client stakeholders, and technology partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives, including circular economy projects, carbon capture & storage (CCS), and supply chain optimization

Master-Works is looking for a highly skilled Data Management Expert to join our team and lead initiatives aimed at optimizing our data management practices. This role is critical for ensuring that data across the organization is well-governed, effectively utilized, and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in data management and a deep understanding of data governance principles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive data management strategies that align with organizational goals and enhance data governance.
- Establish and oversee data quality metrics, ensuring that all data is accurate, complete, and secure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data management processes and best practices tailored to our business needs.
- Lead the implementation of data management tools and systems that support data integration, management, and reporting.
- Provide training and support to team members and stakeholders on data management policies and practices.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of data management initiatives, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to data management and governance.
- Qualifications:
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
