HelpAG is looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Consultant (SASE & MDM) who possess a deep expertise in Netskope Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) and VMware Mobile Device Management (MDM). This role requires a seasoned professional capable of delivering high-quality security solutions and support, including occasional client visits to provide hands-on assistance and ensure optimal service delivery. As a Cybersecurity Consultant, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our clients' information and infrastructure while helping to drive forward our security strategy and initiatives.
Responsibilities
Serve as a subject matter expert for Netskope SASE and VMware MDM for operational issues and discussions.
Implement and manage Netskope SASE solutions, including secure web gateway, cloud access security broker (CASB), and zero-trust network access (ZTNA).
Configure and administer VMware MDM solutions to ensure secure management of mobile devices.
Troubleshoot issues related to SASE and MDM deployments, including network performance, policy enforcement, and user access.
Collaborate with other engineers and OEMs to develop new strategies for securing mobile and cloud environments.
Provide support and guidance to the SOC and other teams on incidents related to SASE and MDM technologies.
Design and implement policies and configurations to enhance security and compliance in mobile and cloud environments.
Develop and maintain operational documentation for SASE and MDM solutions to ensure a well-managed and mature infrastructure.
Work with vendors to support SASE and MDM solutions, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and patch management.
Monitor alerts and events generated by SASE and MDM systems and other related technologies.
Follow and improve incident response processes for events involving SASE and MDM technologies.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in information security or IT-related matter or equivalent experience.
Proven experience with Netskope SASE solutions, including secure web gateway, CASB, and ZTNA.
Proficiency in VMware MDM technology support and event handling.
Experience in the administration of SASE and MDM tools, including configuring policies, upgrades, and patches.
Technical knowledge of network security, cloud infrastructure, mobile device security, and modern web applications. Excellent oral and written communication skills for collaborating with office-based and remote team members and customers.
Strong troubleshooting and remediation skills for complex issues.
Ability to document and diagram technical processes and workflows.
Solid understanding of network security technologies, data center traffic flow, and advanced troubleshooting techniques.
Demonstrable experience working under extreme pressure and in customer-facing environments.
Skills in judgment, decision making, cooperation, technical problem-solving, system troubleshooting, and business writing.
Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve security objectives.
