Forcepoint is seeking a full-time Cyber Engineer to develop and operationalize holistic program solutions that include Forcepoint cyber products. This individual must be highly motivated, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be technically and operationally proficient.
The successful candidate will be offered specialised training to support our products and services and is expected to become proficient in complex solutions and deployments.
Essential Functions
- Provide program requirements, development, operations support, and knowledge transfer.
- Provide on-site operational support to customer.
- Prepare program and operations documentation.
- Provide program and operations briefings to customer leadership and Forcepoint corporate leadership as required.
Education And Experience
- Demonstrable experience within the cyber industry with a focus on DLP
- Minimum 4 years of directly relevant experience in program development and operations support
- Intermediate Windows administration and security knowledge
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of security design and architecture
- Must be able to coordinate collaboratively across multiple disciplines, with management, and with customers.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex customer issues.
- Experience with supporting/addressing customer training objectives
- Must be able to work and collaborate remotely with management and team members.
- Must be a Saudi national.
Technical Experience
- Basic network administration knowledge (TCP/IP, firewalls, routers, etc.)
- Good Linux/Unix administration knowledge
- Basic to Intermediate Windows administration knowledge
- Intermediate understanding of security design and architecture, Active Directory/LDAP, and computer virtualization
- Excellent product troubleshooting approach
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving installation or application errors
