Job Purpose
The Sales & Leasing Performance Unit (PU) within Qiddiya is responsible for developing best practice sales and leasing standards and expertise within the organization. Strategic objectives include ensuring the development of sales and leasing best practices to support the Sales & Leasing Operations team within the organization, ensuring consistency across projects, supporting the ongoing training & development of sales and leasing team members, and providing guidance and support as it relates to implementation of procedures and tools.
The Sales & Leasing PU develops and manages policies and procedures, standardized documents and templates, sales and leasing tools, and sales and leasing operations. The unit will also develop and manage an online Learning Hub that will have sales and leasing curriculum as its core function. The unit will further develop and manage the sales and leasing customer journey to support the requirements for sales and leasing of each of the asset class development Business Units, including CRM, digital tool requirements and experience center requirements and ongoing management of the Sales and Leasing operations. The Sales & Leasing PU team will also provide current market intelligence and benchmarking as required to support the sales and leasing team.
The Curriculum Specialist Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the development, implementing and continuous improvement of high-quality, engaging, and industry-relevant learning content for an online Learning Hub focused on best practices in real estate sales and leasing. Collaborating with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and stakeholders to create and deliver content for the curriculum.
Role Description
Core Accountabilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Strategic Responsibilities
Curriculum Development & Design:
· Support in the development and implementation of a comprehensive curriculum strategy that meets the needs of real estate professionals, focusing on topics such as sales techniques, sales and leasing best practice and product information.
· Support in creating structured online courses and training pathways that reflect industry standards and align with Qiddiya Objectives.
· Support in ensure the curriculum reflects current industry trends, standards, and practices, incorporating feedback from learners, instructors, and industry experts.
· Regularly review and update course content to maintain relevance, accuracy, and high-quality standards.
· Develop interactive curriculum maps with non-linear learning paths that cater to personalized learner journeys.
· Ensure integration of AI assessments, gamified checkpoints, and digital simulation modules.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure XR integration and immersive flow in learning modules.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
· Collaborate with Qiddiya’s Sales and Leasing Operations team, instructional designers and external experts to ensure content quality and relevance.
· Support in presenting curriculum strategies, updates, and outcomes to senior leadership, incorporating feedback into continuous improvements.
Market Trends & Innovation:
· Stay informed in real estate education and e-learning to ensure the Learning Hub remains at the forefront of the industry.
· Integrate innovative teaching methodologies and technologies into curriculum delivery.
· Experience designing curriculum frameworks for digital platforms and adaptive LXPs.
· Understanding of competency-based education, data-informed learning journeys, and immersive storytelling.
· Proficiency in curriculum development tools like SkillBuilder, Xyleme, or AI-assisted planners.
Operational Responsibilities
Content Development & Quality Assurance:
· Support in oversight of the development of course content specific to sales and leasing and skill building, including video lectures, e-learning modules, quizzes, assignments, and interactive activities.
· Ensure all course content is regularly reviewed and updated to maintain accuracy, relevance, and high-quality standards.
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):
· Identify and collaborate with internal and external subject matter experts to gather insights and ensure the technical accuracy of the curriculum including projects that are being developed by Qiddiya.
· Coordinate workshops, webinars, and masterclasses led by industry leaders to supplement the core curriculum.
· Manage relationships with industry professionals, real estate experts, and guest instructors to enrich the learning experience with real-world perspectives.
Assessment and Evaluation:
· Support in developing assessments, case studies, and practical exercises to measure learners' understanding and application of the content.
· Support in making assessments to monitor the progress of learners and make improvements to the course materials as needed.
Program Delivery and Evaluation:
· Define clear learning objectives and develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness.
· Collect and analyse data from learners to refine course content and delivery methods.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
· Ensure training programs adhere to quality standards and best practices.
· Support in review course content for accuracy, relevance, and compliance with industry regulations.
Continuous Improvement Initiatives:
· Support in soliciting feedback from participants, instructors, and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement.
· Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in online education to enhance the effectiveness and relevance of training programs.
Team Responsibilities
· Collaborate with a team of curriculum developers and Instructional Designers, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence.
· Set performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing support to ensure timely delivery of objectives.
Resource Allocation:

Knowledge, Qualifications & Skills required

- +5 years of managerial experience in curriculum, instructional design or education with at least 2 years in a management or leadership role
- Experience in developing training curricula, course outlines, lesson plans and learning materials
- Experience working with e-learning platforms, learning management systems (LMS), and digital content creation tools
- A proven track record of developing and delivering online training programs, ideally within the real estate sector or related industries
- Comprehensive understanding of real estate / training industry
- High level of integrity, drive and intellectual curiosity is vital
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to communicate with learners, instructors, and stakeholders

**Overview**:
We are seeking an instructional designer with industry experience in the design and development of engaging, innovative, performance-based, instructor-led learning training. Although courses at Saudi Aramco’s Upstream Professional Development Center (UPDC) are primarily instructor-led, the integration of learning technology and digital content is critical.

Day-to-day management of multiple instructional design and development projects including timelines, schedules, work scope, and deliverables of assigned projects
Develop Kirkpatrick Level 2 and Level 3 assessment tools
Develop written training materials and content for ILT, VILT, and eLearning
Develop training materials in English
Analyze existing course designs and instructional materials and make improvements as necessary
**Minimum Requirements**:
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design or related field required, MS is recommended
10+ years of experience designing performance-based, technical training for professionals
Managing L&D projects
Ability to quickly understand, simplify, organize, and present complex information
Experience developing learning assessments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent writing and editing skills
Experience in the oil and gas industry preferred

GovCIO is currently hiring for a SR Curriculum Development Specialist tolead the curriculum development team in providing technical and administrative support services to the Royal Saudi Naval Forces (RSNF) ESS program for the analysis, maintenance, and development of training curriculum, courseware, and training systems). This position will be located in Riyadh, KSA and will be an onsite position.
**Responsibilities**
- Analyze current courseware and curriculum used by the RSNF to identify training and education gaps and select appropriate media types and delivery modalities to satisfy new training requirements and enhance existing training solutions to align with job performance.
- Provide and supervise courseware and curriculum development services required to meet RSNF training program objectives. The required format(s) shall conform to the guidance provided in NAVEDTRA 130 series manuals for all curriculum development efforts.
- Assess Courseware products according to current NAVEDTRA standards, understand the RSNF end-to-end process, and tailor the product for use within RSNF for curriculum modification management.
- Analyze the current training systems, hardware, and software the RSNF uses.
- Supervise the development, update and revision and Interactive Multimedia Instruction.
- Provide technical guidance in the design, development, modification/enhancement, preparation of specifications, and preparation and review of technical and management support documentation for training system(s) testing and maintenance support.
- Evaluate and recommend learning management, curriculum development, and software programs to the RSNF based on program needs. Coordinate selection with RSNF and USG representatives, and once the RSNF makes the final selection, purchase, implement, and maintain the programs.
**Qualifications**
BS and 8+ years of experience (or commensurate)
+ Bachelor's degree in a field related to the assigned program or position and a minimum of eight (8) years of direct military experience in the associated functional task - OR - ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional task.
