Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technician Supervisor to lead and oversee service operations for commercial kitchen equipment, including cooking, refrigeration, and chilling systems. The role involves supervising technicians, ensuring preventive and corrective maintenance, and supporting smooth service delivery while improving customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the technical and maintenance team.
- Oversee daily service operations (preventive & corrective).
- Provide technical expertise for complex repairs and installations.
- Monitor service quality and compliance with safety standards.
- Train and mentor technicians to improve performance.
- Manage reporting and ERP (Odoo or similar) for job tracking.
- Support projects with technical input for installations.
- Contribute to strategies that grow the company's service portfolio.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment & refrigeration systems.
- Leadership and team supervision skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Good communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Organizational and reporting abilities.
- ERP/workflow management familiarity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (required).
- 7–10 years of relevant experience with supervisory duties.
- Background in kitchen equipment and chilling systems (essential).
- Master's in a managerial/technical field (preferred).
- Valid KSA driving license (preferred).
