Kitchen Admin Supervisor RoleThe Kitchen Admin Supervisor is either a current Assistant or Junior Assistant, preferably with a food quality and cost control background. The primary role is to ensure stock quality, accuracy, and efficiency are maintained at the highest standards. Additionally, the Supervisor will perform control tasks supporting the Kitchen Manager in maintaining operational standards. Work schedule should support timely requisition placement and presence during critical deliveries (Central Kitchen, Warehouse). Morning or mid-shift work is recommended.
What You'll Do- Place requisitions in ERP using demand planning tools, PAR levels, and stock on hand
- Check stock on hand quality and quantity before requisitioning
- Be present during delivery receipt from CK, WH, and suppliers, verifying quality, accuracy, and quantity
- Escalate issues related to faulty receiving (quality, quantity, delays)
- Generate variance reports and communicate shortages
- Escalate repetitive issues to Area Manager
- Follow up on additional orders and coordinate emergency shipments
- Enter Goods Receiving Notes (GRNs) in ERP
- Be an expert in SOPs related to receiving, ordering, and inventory management, and monitor team adherence
- Provide guidance to managers and CDPs to ensure SOP compliance in her/his absence
- Experience in a similar environment, preferably high-volume catering
- Strong communication skills (verbal, listening, writing), proactive and reliable
- Relevant education or certification
- Good level of English

**Role**: Kitchen Supervisor
**Location**: Tahlia Branch & Quadisiya Branch, Saudi Arabia
**Salary**: SAR 3500 - 4k (all inclusive)
**Job Purpose**:
Leading a small army of kitchen porters and overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen, including cleaning the equipment, checking supplies and rotating food stock. Serve high quality of food as per company standard to the guest are on respecting of time limit. Responsible for cooking, plating and garnishing of all products as per standard recopies.
**Key Result Areas**:
- Responsible for food quality, test, presentation, hygiene standard.
- Responsible for food cost and food profitability.
- Ensure that kitchen staff are properly trained and well communicated concerning all company S.O.P.
- Cleanliness of the kitchen should be maintained as top priority.
- Supervises all dishes tastes, smells, and observes food to ensure conformance with recipes.
- obverse the kitchen helpers Commis to make sure that all employees follow safety and health standards.
- Kitchen Supervisor is obligated to organize and rotate all food in stock and taking inventory.
- He checks the food stock for freshness and quality on a regular basis.
- Kitchen Supervisor is the one who makes a schedule for the routinely equipment maintenance, waste removal and cleaning services.
- It is the duty of a Kitchen Supervisor to look into any customer complaints and be able to resolve such complaints on food service or quality.
- He sets a meeting with the employees to ensure that such situations that were complained about will be avoided in the future.
**Specifications (Qualifications, Experience, and Skills)**:

- Experience minimum 3 year similar position
