Purpose of Job
Jobholders at this level are individuals who work on the front lines in response to emergencies and crises. Individuals in this role perform their duties with minimal supervision, responding initially by providing support through call answering, crisis assessment, calming distressed individuals, applying intervention skills, and providing necessary information and resources. They also manage information and coordination, which involves accurately documenting information, data entry, coordinating with emergency services, and following up on cases to ensure continuous support. Additionally, they contribute to the effective operations of the center by adhering to protocols, participating in training, collaborating with the team, maintaining confidentiality, and managing stress in a crisis environment.

Job Responsibilities
Crisis Management Planning

• Collect and gather organizational crisis management risks and conduct accordingly business impact analysis and risk assessment to form a clear picture on ZATCA's current state highlighting threats and setting priorities
• Conduct research and benchmark studies to identify latest trends and best practices applicable within ZATCA to managed faced crisis
• Develop crisis management plan, set frameworks and related guidelines coordinating with Planning and Monitoring function to ensure alignment with Enterprise Risk Management strategy
• Prepare and communicate incident management handbooks and manual including incident management processes with related internal stakeholders ensuring solid understanding to assist effectively emergency management
• Install coordination mechanisms with all functions to keep track of detected incidents and ensure proper handling of events

Crisis Management

• Manage crisis management plan implementation to highlight and evaluate organizational risks identifying gaps that could potentially disrupt business operation and jeopardize business continuity and crisis management strategy
• Conduct on a periodic basis test on crisis management plan implementation and perform business impact analysis across ZATCA's functions to safeguard readiness in facing disruptions
• Prepare needed awareness and training sessions for crisis management to ensure solid understanding of related stakeholders and improve functions' risk capabilities
• Perform periodical audits to maintain ISO 22301 certification specifying needed requirements to implement, maintain and improve crisis management system

Organization and Operations

• Follow all relevant policies, processes and standard operating procedures so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
• Help in solving escalated problems and provide needed support for junior team to ensure work is carried out in an efficient manner
• Escalate complex problems to the relevant person to ensure cases/issues are closed properly
• Perform other duties as requested

People Management

• Train junior staff on the different job activities to ensure transfer of know-how, when applicable
• Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility, and monitor the workflow of subordinates/ junior staff
• Support junior staff or direct reports in order to execute their duties according to set policies and processes

Role Overview:

hands-on and technically strong Database, DR, Middleware, and API Manager
to be the backbone of our IT operations. You'll manage enterprise systems, ensure

What You'll Do:

• Manage
  Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and MS SQL
  databases in production, ensuring security, performance, and availability.
• Develop, test, and maintain
  Disaster Recovery (DR) plans
  for critical systems.
• Administer middleware platforms like
  JBoss
  and
  WebLogic
  and manage
  API integrations
  using
  API Manager
  and
  ESB
  .
• Lead
  patching, vulnerability management
  , and ensure all IT systems comply with SAMA and internal standards.
• Mentor and guide a small team of DBAs and Middleware admins.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal stakeholders to maintain high-quality IT operations.

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

• Hands-on experience with
  Oracle DB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS SQL
  in enterprise environments.
• Proven track record in
  Disaster Recovery (DR) planning, testing, and automation
  .
• Middleware & API management expertise (
  JBoss/WebLogic, API Manager, ESB
  ).
• SAMA (Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority)
  compliance experience.
• 10+ years of IT experience (5+ years in enterprise operations, fintech, or financial services).
• Leadership experience managing DBAs or Middleware admins.

Nice-to-Haves:
