flyadeal is looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Cabin Crew Members. As a Cabin Crew Member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our passengers during flights. This position requires excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Locations :
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and crew members during flights.
- Provide excellent customer service to passengers.
- Assist with boarding and deboarding.
- Serve and sell food, beverages and products.
- Respond to passenger requests and inquiries.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks.
- Assist with the cleaning and restocking of the aircraft between flights.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
- Adhere to flyadeal’s policies and procedures at all times.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of high school diploma.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must meet the flyadeal BMI requirements.
- Must meet the minimum height requirement of 160 CM.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Minimum arm span of 212 CM while on tiptoes.
- Must be able to pass a medical examination.
- No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the cabin crew uniform.
- Must possess a valid passport and be willing to travel frequently.
- Eligibility to travel on all routes and destinations served by flyadeal.
- Must be able to swim 50 meters unattended.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.

Fluent in English? Great Speak other languages? Even better Communication is key when welcoming guests from around the world.
Height & Reach: At least 160 cm tall with an arm reach of 212 cm —just enough to reach those overhead bins and quickly access emergency equipment when needed. It's all about keeping our guests safe while staying efficient and prepared
Age requirement: You must be at least 21 years old to join our crew — because great adventures start at the right time
Swimming skills: Safety first Confidence in water is a must—you should be able to swim with a flotation device in case of an emergency.
Professional appearance: No visible tattoos or piercings in uniform—we take pride in a polished and professional look.
Visa & relocation: You must meet Saudi employment visa requirements and be open to relocating to Riyadh, your new home.
Education: A high school certificate or higher is required—because Knowledge and Personality go hand in hand.
Customer service experience: At least one year in hospitality or a customer-facing role— because a warm smile goes a long way You'll be the heart of the Riyadh Air experience.
