About the Role: We are seeking a detail-oriented, experienced Crew Scheduler to join our Flight Operations team in Dammam. This role is critical in ensuring crew coverage across all flight operations (fixed wing & rotor wing) onshore and offshore, both domestically and internationally. The ideal candidate will have experience in AIMS and a solid understanding of GACA crew duty regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Create, monitor, and adjust crew schedules to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
• Ensure alignment of crew availability with flight dispatch and operations demands (including offshore logistics).
• Coordinate crew changes, travel arrangements, ground transport, accommodations, and special requirements.
• Monitor crew legality and duty/rest time in accordance with GACA regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate crew rosters and real-time updates in AIMS.
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, and irregularities with crew members and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports on crew utilization, flight time limits, and upcoming expiring documents (e.g., medicals, licenses).
• Support emergency crew scheduling and contingency plans during operational disruptions.
• Liaise closely with HR, Dispatch, and Flight Ops to support both daily ops and long-term planning.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in crew scheduling within an aviation environment.
• Proficiency in AIMS scheduling system is required.
• Familiarity with GACA regulations, especially related to crew duty/rest limitations.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 operation environment, including shifts and weekends.
• Fluent in English.

• Follow all operations standards and guidelines for product preparation according to training and instructional materials provided.
• Prepare all products as required, following the order monitor to ensure accuracy.
• Communicate showcase and product needs to ensure proper product availability for guests.
• Regularly take temperatures of the required products and record in the Time & Temperature Log.

• Participate in and attend all store meetings and related functions.
• Follow all restaurant policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain the front counter by keeping it clean, organized, stocked, and ready for rush periods.
• Follow proper hand washing techniques and sanitation guidelines; complete all sanitation tasks as outlined by the Store Manager.

• Receive payment by cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
• Issue receipts, refunds, or change correctly.
• Count money in the cash till at the beginning of shifts to ensure correctness and adequate change.
• Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas.

• Work in compliance with occupational health and safety legislation.
• Understand and follow safe work practices and procedures.
• Use or wear personal protective equipment as required.
• Report all injuries, illnesses, accidents, unsafe conditions, security incidents, and contraventions of health and safety legislation to the Restaurant Manager or Owner.
• Operate equipment safely, avoiding endangerment.

The Crew Operations Coordinator provides logistical and administrative support to ensure the effective deployment of crew teams for events and projects. This role assists in crew scheduling, documentation, transportation coordination, inventory tracking, and communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while ensuring operational accuracy and service quality.

Crew Scheduling & Coordination

• Manage crew booking and scheduling for various projects, ensuring optimal allocation based on required skillsets.
• Maintain and update crew accreditation and ensure proper access to internal and external operational portals.
• Review and approve crew timesheets, ensuring alignment with schedules and payroll accuracy.
