We’re looking for a Manager, Creative Strategy to join Snap Inc! You’ll become a leader in driving the creative ambition of the business. As a Manager, Creative Strategy, you will be a natural leader and a creative catalyst with the ability to unlock revenue through ideas. Day-to-day, you’ll work with the Snapchat Sales team, key brand partners, and their agencies to create and implement best-in-class creative advertising campaigns on Snapchat, while also managing other members of the Saudi Creative Strategy team.
What you’ll do:
Serve as the Head of the Creative Strategy Team in KSA
Oversee, inspire, develop and support a team of Creative Strategists working on the KSA business
Manage operational duties associated with driving incremental revenue across the key business verticals
Act as liaison between Creative Strategy and the Advertiser Solutions team leadership, including LCS, MCS and the Saudi business leadership
Manage Creative ROI funds put towards campaign production work
Collaborate with Sales Ops to track the direct influence of Creative Strategy on KSA revenue
Ideate, create, and deliver world-class advertising campaigns, with a keen focus on Augmented Reality (AR) and creators, while also acting as an expert within your business verticals
Manage, develop and structure a best-in-class team of Creative Strategists
Communicate with senior client partners across both brands and agencies to understand their business goals
Provide guidance to Strategists as they develop ideas, strategies, and associated presentation materials for priority clients
Work with Sales Leads and Business Marketing to develop and implement long-term brand strategy against business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional team leads to drive vertical solutions
Represent your verticals at virtual client / agency industry events when necessary
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Deep understanding of marketing strategy and creative problem solving; you will need to know how to build brilliant strategies to solve for business needs, particularly as it relates to Government and Retail verticals
Experience in developing and empowering team members to deliver outstanding creative executions
Excellent presentation and communications skills
Ability to command a room and succinctly articulating thought-leading advertising solutions
Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at once and to inspire others by example
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent in Arabic and English - written and spoken
Deep understanding of the cultural norms and nuances of Saudi Arabia - from both a brand and audience perspective
A clear understanding of digital marketing and mobile/social platforms and campaigns
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, Business Management or related area of study or equivalent preferred
10+ years of experience in brand marketing/advertising or another related field, within the region with a focus on the Saudi Market
3+ year(s) of previous management experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Deep understanding of local Saudi Creative and Creators Ecosystem
Exceptional ability to understand and solve for any advertiser challenge
Expertise within dedicated industry vertical(s)
Experience working in Google suite of products (Google Slides, Sheets, Docs, etc.), Adobe suite, and Keynote
Arabic language (written and verbal)

The Director of Design Management is a critical role within the City Design Integration team at NEOM The LINE, reporting directly to the Executive Director of City Design Integration. The Design Management Director in The LINE Design team will lead and manage the design of different assets related to The LINE. The Director of Design will lead a design team with respective plans, schedules, and will organize and coordinate the design work is executed on projects of all scales. The Design Management Director for THE LINE Design team will oversee the creation of neighborhood master plans and architectural designs for THE LINE. This role involves leading a team of Design Consultants, ensuring that the technical aspects of the design work is executed according to Design Briefs and Requirements, Development Control Regulations and KPIs, and in compliance with the NEOM THE LINE Plan of Work procedures. The Design Management Director will be responsible for the management of a module, comprised of eight neighborhoods, and encompassing approximately 4,000,000 m² of assets.
Time will be allocated 80% on Neighborhoods designs, and 20% on NEOM Business responsibilities.
Requirements
- Delivery of design through the NEOM Plan of Works and THE LINE specific plans and procedures
- Collaboration with THE LINE Development and THE LINE Projects Neighborhood teams, to ensure integrated delivery.
- Collaboration with the Creative Design Director and the Neighborhood Design Directors, to ensure consistency across various Neighborhood and project scales.
- Ensure compliance with the Development Brief and Budget, and conformance to Development Control Regulations, Guidelines, and Design KPIs
- Manage technical quality of Neighborhoods design, and implementation of the Vision for The LINE
- Support delivery of contractual obligations, scope, schedule, budget.
- Support monthly internal reporting to NEOM leadership, City and City Integration team
Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role.
Here's what you'll need
Experience
- 20+ years of post-graduate outstanding architectural design and management experience
- Proven related experience in an Architectural Practice, including management of international design consultants across sectors and typologies
- Experience working in signature architecture design studios
- Design experience in various architectural types residential, mix use, commercial, public, healthcare, educational, etc.
- Experience and extensive knowledge on design and construction materials and their application
- Design experience of public realm design and application
- Extensive project experience with emphasis on large projects and programs
- Experience in Middle East is appreciated
- B.Arch or B.Sc. in Architecture from a recognized university
- Postgraduate in Architecture or Urban Design
- International accreditation (RIBA, AIA, or equivalent)
