We are seeking an experienced, commercially-minded creator to join our team and lead our content strategy across TikTok and Instagram in the Saudi market. Your mission will be to maximize our Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) by delivering highly effective, high-converting content.

What You Will Do:

Strategic Conversion:

Continuously spot trending content and quickly adapt it into high-impact, direct-response advertising (not just viral views, but actual sales).

Full Production Oversight:

• Manage the content lifecycle from A-to-Z, including writing detailed action plans (with estimated costs/timelines), coordinating directly with video executors (actors, V.O. artists, editors), and managing influencers.
• Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, Click Rate) with the Media Buyer team to constantly refine future content plans and replicate winning formulas.
• Reporting: Deliver essential weekly performance updates and detailed monthly return analysis reports.

Essential Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation and digital advertising.
• Saudi Market Experience: You must have at least one year of recent experience creating content specifically for the Saudi market.
• Specialized Content Background: Proven experience creating high-converting content for Beauty/Personal Care, DTC E-commerce, or Problem/Solution brands is required.

Commercial Acumen:
