مهامك الوظيفية
في شلهوب سنشترك معًا في تجارب رائعة! ستكون مسؤولًا في عملك كخبير للمكياج عن تحقيق أعلى سقف لأهداف المبيعات من خلال ضمان تقديم تجربة مميزة للضيوف والالتزام بمعايير مهنية ذات مستوى عالي. وستكون مسؤولًا عن تقديم تطبيقات عملية تخص المكياج للزبائن وتقديم النصائح لهم حول تركيبات المكياج الصحيحة. وستكون أيضًا مسؤولًا عن نظافة المنضدة وإعادة التموين ومتابعة إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة وعروض المنتجات والتسويق.
• تطوير معايير تجربة الضيوف لتعزيز ولاء العملاء.
• الإجابة على استفسارات الزبائن حول المنتجات والأسعار وتوفر المنتجات واستخدامات المنتج ومختلف الخدمات.
• التواصل مع الزبائن لتقييم احتياجاتهم وتقديم المساعدة لهم في تلبية تلك الاحتياجات وتلبية توقّعات الزبائن وحتى إبهارهم باستباقها.
• إحاطة الزبائن علمًا بنطاقات المنتجات الأنسب لاحتياجاتهم.
• توضيح استخدامات العلامات التجارية والمنتجات المختلفة ومزاياها.
• تعزيز المبيعات مع تحقيق الأهداف الموضوعة للخطوط والمبيعات من خلال توظيف معرفتك في المكياج.
• تعزيز مبيعات المكياج خلال الفعاليات والعروض وإطلاق المنتجات الجديدة.
• متابعة الأهداف على مستوى المتاجر.
• إعداد تقارير المبيعات اليومية.
• المشاركة في تحقيق الحوافز.
• متابعة تحقيق الأهداف بعد إطلاق المنتجات الجديدة على مستوى المتاجر.
• التأكّد من إجراء جلسات المكياج الشهرية.
• التأكّد من تحقيق مستويات التسويق في المتجر وفقًا لتوجيهات العلامة التجارية.
• التأكّد من إعادة تموين المتاجر في الرفوف المناسبة وفي الأوقات المناسبة.
• رفع التقارير بنقص المخزون باستخدام نموذج طلب المخزون.
• التأكّد من استلام المخزون وفقًا للإجراءات الموضوعة.
• تقديم المشورة للزبائن حول أنسب نطاق منتجات لاستخدامه.
• إجراء تجارب عملية مباشرة لاستخدامات مستحضرات التجميل المختلفة.
• مساعدة الزبائن وتوجيههم فيما يتعلّق بوضع المكياج.

- Skilled in working with a variety of hair types, face shapes, and skin tones.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Familiarity with high-end product lines for both hair and makeup preferred.

The RoleWe are seeking an energetic and resourceful Sales Associate to help drive Mach49’s pipeline growth and client engagement across Saudi Arabia. This role blends proactive lead generation with operational sales coordination, making it ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.
You’ll work closely with the Managing Partner – GCC and senior delivery and BD teams to support outreach efforts, track leads, coordinate meetings, and build relationships with stakeholders in the region. You’ll also help maintain CRM accuracy and assist in preparing for high-impact engagements.
- Identify and qualify new leads through targeted outreach, inbound inquiries, and deep research using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other digital tools
- Maintain organized records and update CRM (HubSpot) to support tracking and reporting
- Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and follow-up logistics across time zones and stakeholders
- Support preparation and formatting of documents, proposals, and translations as needed
- Assist with workshops, salons, and other client-facing events in the Kingdom
- Monitor procurement platforms and local news for relevant tender or collaboration opportunities
- 2–4 years in sales coordination, CRM-based outreach, or business development support
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Fluent in Arabic and English; professional and proactive communication style
- Comfortable using CRM tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, HubSpot)
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and service-oriented approach
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Relationships or familiarity with the local government or enterprise ecosystem a plus
- Non-Saudi candidates must hold a valid Iqama

This role involves maintaining store standards, supporting visual merchandising, and assisting in the overall retail experience while adhering to operational duties as assigned by the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Customer Service:- Greet customers and assist them in selecting products that meet their needs.
- Convert window shoppers into buyers through proactive engagement.
- Promote the company's loyalty program to encourage repeat sales.
- Deliver top-tier customer service by following the company’s GUEST model (Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Stay informed about various brands within the group to offer effective suggestions and cross-selling opportunities.

- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently for billing and transactions.
- Balance the cash till at the start and end of shifts.
- Process payments accurately via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
- Follow store security and loss prevention policies.
- Replenish and re-merchandise stock to ensure product availability.
A bachelor’s degree with effective communication and interpersonal skills is preferred. Previous experience in a sales role is advantageous.
