RELEVANT EXPERIENCE : 8+ years of experience in corporate banking operations, card servicing, or implementation management, ideally within commercial cards or payment products

PURPOSE OF JOB

Our client is seeking a Servicing Lead to design, implement, and oversee the servicing operating model for our newly launched Corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) Card proposition. This role is critical to ensuring a seamless and high-standard service experience for our multinational and large corporate clients. The Servicing Lead will work across functions, including operations, IT, compliance, product, and relationship management, to develop processes, service standards, and governance models that support a scalable and client-centric T&E card program

TASKS

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement an end-to-end servicing model for Corporate T&E Cards, covering onboarding, query management, transaction support, dispute handling, and reporting.
  • Define and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all key servicing activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
  • Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Sales Leads to ensure that servicing commitments align with client expectations.
  • Establish clear SLAs, KPIs, and escalation protocols for servicing corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with card processors, technology vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure proper system configuration, data integration, and service readiness.
  • Lead the onboarding and training of internal servicing teams and act as the central point of contact for issue resolution.
  • Monitor service performance, identify root causes of recurring issues, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support audits, risk reviews, and compliance assessments related to the T&E card operations.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in corporate banking operations, card servicing, or implementation management, ideally within commercial cards or payment products.
  • Proven experience designing and running corporate client servicing models with a strong operational and control mindset.
  • Deep understanding of commercial card servicing workflows, including onboarding, file integrations, statement delivery, and client queries.
  • Strong project management and process improvement skills.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination capabilities.
  • Familiarity with card platforms, ERP connectors, and expense management systems is a plus.

TASKS

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Corporate Banking RMs to identify and engage prospective T&E card clients within the bank's multinational and large corporate portfolio.
  • Lead the end-to-end sales cycle for T&E card solutions, from opportunity identification and pitch delivery to deal structuring and onboarding.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the Corporate T&E Card, including process efficiency, cost savings, control benefits, and reporting tools.
  • Conduct product demos and coordinate technical or operational deep-dives with internal experts as needed.
  • Work with internal stakeholders (product, operations, implementation teams) to ensure seamless deliver and client satisfaction.
  • Track pipeline activity, maintain CRM updates, and report sales performance regularly to senior leadership.
  • Provide feedback on client needs and market trends to help refine the T&E card offering over time.

Knowledge and Experience

  • 8-10 years of experience in corporate banking sales and relationship management
  • Proven track record in B2B solution selling, particularly to CFOs, Treasurers, or Procurement Heads.
  • Strong understanding of T&E or commercial card programs, expense management, and payments infrastructure.
  • Experience working with or selling to multinational and large corporate clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders and client coverage teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in launching or scaling a commercial card or T&E program is a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with card platforms, ERP integrations, and reporting tools is an advantage

• Facilitate internal teams and advise clients to connecting solutions and integrating processes to ensure program development is in line with broader goals and objectives of the program

• Define processes and tools needed by teams across all programs enabling successful program implementation and delivery

• Provide guidance on consistent application of project management methodologies that align with strategic plans

• Partner with clients to plan, evolve, and formulate a customer-focused digital business transformation (DBT) strategy; seed, estimate, and facilitate budget planning for value based digital business transformation engagements

• Track and evaluate the delivery metrics of the product teams within the engagement and facilitate continuous improvement to improve flow, quality, and value realization

• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to clients to transform their business by guiding internal leaders and external senior stakeholders on engineering and digital business transformation methods and approaches

• Own or liaise with the Executive PMO to communicate program executional metrics, risks, issues, and dependencies
