Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Planning & Controls Engineer to join our team! In this role you will get to support in the tracking, updating, monitoring, and reporting on project control functions on a major Roads PMO program.
What You'll Be Doing:
Collects, updates and maintains projects data.
Performs independent analysis, evaluations, and forecasts of current projects status against established baselines.
Supports with the development and management of the cost and scheduling control systems and EVM to provide project and Client management with accurate information.
Understands and applies engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
Assesses the impact(s) of design or construction changes.
Creates presentations and reports using graphs, diagrams, and other exhibits to illustrate projects status to all levels of the project and the Client.
Performs other functions associated with this position as appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of related work experience.
Proficient PC skills including a working knowledge of various Project Controls software, Primavera P6, Power BI and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communications and presentation skills.
