• Under limited supervision, normally receives little instruction on routine work, general instructions on new assignments.

• Conducts surveys to ascertain the locations of natural features and human-made structures on the earth's surface, underground, and underwater, using electronic distance-measuring equipment and other surveying instruments.

EDUCATION & SPECIFIC ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 15 years of experience in contracts and commercial management, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

  • Demonstrated experience in PMC/PMO environments delivering large-scale, multi-package programs.

  • Strong familiarity with FIDIC or equivalent contract forms.

  • Professional membership (e.g., MRICS, RICS, or equivalent) is preferred.

  • GCC experience required; experience in KSA highly preferred.

  • Experience handling multi-entity, multi-stakeholder development projects with complex interface requirements.
