**Directorate** - Reports to Digital Manager

**1. Job Objective**

The Club’s output is intended to raise Saudi Arabian horseracing’s profile, reputation and popularity both locally and internationally, to increase raceday attendance, and to support the Club’s commercial interests by contributing to revenue growth including ticketing, hospitality, sponsorship, membership, horse ownership and non-raceday venue hire. Key audiences will include Saudi entertainment / experience seekers, Saudi corporate audiences, Saudi & international racing fans and racing industry stakeholders including owners and trainers.

**2. Primary Roles and Responsibilities***:

- Operational**
- Produce and customize engaging, relevant and timely video edits and motion graphics in Arabic and English for all JCSA platforms to support domestic audience growth and international awareness / perception of the JCSA and Saudi Arabia as a racing jurisdiction.
- Ensure that all content has a purpose by creating and repurposing stories to engage both Saudi entertainment / experience seekers, Saudi corporate audiences, Saudi & international racing fans and industry stakeholders.
- Assist Digital Manger and liaise with internal stakeholders (especially across commercial and racing teams) to prioritise, plan, schedule and deliver output to support the overarching digital strategy and commercial objectives.
- Willingness to adapt content where necessary based on past experiences, analytics and stakeholder feedback.
- Support creation of content management and archiving systems.
- Support coordination of teams across live race days and events including photographers and videographers.

**3. Job Requirements***:

- Required Education and Experience**
- Experience shooting video and editing video, developing innovative graphics and an eye for great content that is appropriate for a social platform.
- Ability to conceptualise, shoot, edit and upload high-quality content from quick-turn live / ad hoc smartphone videos that are adapted for use across multiple digital platforms to longer-form brand edits with higher spec cameras.
- Graphic design capabilities to develop static graphics, GIFs to full graphic-led videos. Experience with Adobe suite - Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator.
- Proven editorial instincts. Able to identify strong stories and content that will perform well on social platforms and lead content production initiatives end-to-end by engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Experience of producing social media content for an organisation across a variety of platforms to serve its marketing objectives.
- Effective planning and organisational skills with strong time management, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Qualifications in marketing, communications or digital content ideal.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian and international horseracing preferred. A willingness to very quickly learn about the sport and the ability to take direction on industry matters absolutely essential.
- Ability to work autonomously and able to take direction and feedback.
- In-depth knowledge of the social media trends in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

In this role, you will:
  • Develop and execute content that’s brand building and enhances the organization’s public image on social.
  • Create high-quality visual and video content to highlight properties, lifestyle, and real estate trends.
  • Tailor content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with the brand tone and messaging.
  • Work closely with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and business goals.
  • Stay updated on real estate and digital marketing trends to produce relevant and engaging content.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, making data-driven improvements.
  • Showcase Bayut’s offerings through innovative storytelling to captivate target audiences.
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related field.
  • Certification in digital marketing, content creation, or SEO (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation, preferably in real estate or lifestyle industries.
  • Proven track record of producing high-quality written, visual, and video content.
  • Experience managing content for social media platforms, blogs, and websites.
  • Strong understanding of social media trends and audience preferences.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
  • Proactive and adaptable to evolving industry trends.

We are looking for a flexible and highly motivated Content Producer with expertise in videography and editing to create compelling video content in collaboration with internal teams and clients. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of working independently, with small teams, or with freelancers to produce exciting audiovisual content for both traditional and digital platforms.

As part of a newly developed content and digital hub, you will manage requests and briefs from a team of over 100 people across the region, serving more than 50 clients, and coordinating with a network of freelancers and agencies. Strong communication skills are essential, as you will be client-facing, managing multiple projects, tight deadlines, and providing constructive feedback when necessary.

You will also be responsible for setting up and managing our post-production pipeline and backend systems, as well as helping to build and improve our production infrastructure. Your expertise will be key in advising on how to grow and refine the department to best serve our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, Film, and Edit: Independently handle the production, filming, and editing of content, or collaborate with a network of freelancers and suppliers based on project scale and timeline.
  • Develop Storyboards: Create storyboards for various formats and platforms to align with creative concepts and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with Creative & Client-Service Teams: Support and work closely with the creative team and client service team to ensure cohesive project execution.
  • Lead/Participate in Brainstorms: Attend and run brainstorming sessions to generate fresh ideas and innovative solutions for projects.
  • Take Briefs and Gather Feedback: Collect briefs from clients or colleagues and incorporate feedback to refine creative outputs.
  • Liaise with/Brief Suppliers: Coordinate with suppliers and brief them on project requirements to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Client & Pitch Presentations: Prepare and present audiovisual concepts and pitches to clients, showcasing creative solutions and project plans.
  • Ensure Timely and On-Budget Delivery: Work with the client-service team to track progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Consult on Audiovisual Challenges: Provide expert advice to clients on audiovisual representation and overcome any challenges related to production.
  • Manage Outsourced Projects: Oversee and manage outsourced audiovisual projects on behalf of project teams, ensuring quality and deadlines are met.
  • Create and Manage Project Timelines: Develop clear project timelines, monitoring each phase of production and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Coach and Train Junior Team Members: Provide coaching and training to junior team members, supporting their growth in digital and content practices.
