About the Role


We’re seeking a bold, visionary Creative Content Director (or Head of Creative Content Strategy ) to lead the conception, pitch, and execution of hero content campaigns that drive cultural relevance, spark conversations, and elevate brand perception across the Saudi market and beyond.

This role isn’t about routine posts. It’s about leading the charge on platform-agnostic, attention-grabbing content experiences, think branded series, influencer collaborations, digital stunts, experiential activations, and storytelling designed for virality. You’ll work closely with senior clients and internal teams to develop work that people talk about.


Key Responsibilities


Creative Leadership & Vision


  • Lead the development of platform-agnostic hero content concepts designed for shareability, earned media, and cultural impact


  • Build narratives and formats that move beyond social posts into branded entertainment, digital experiences, and integrated campaigns


Strategic Pitching & Client Collaboration


  • Craft and present compelling ideas that link creative vision to business objectives such as brand awareness, sentiment shift, or lead generation


  • Partner with senior clients as a strategic creative advisor who understands their brand, market, and goals


Integrated Production Oversight


  • Translate creative ideas into actionable production plans in collaboration with producers, directors, editors, and external vendors


  • Oversee pre-production, shooting, post-production, VFX, and adaptations with an eye on feasibility and quality


Team Mentorship & Collaboration


  • Inspire and guide content managers, copywriters, and designers in executing bold ideas


  • Provide mentorship on storytelling, campaign development, and creative experimentation


Cultural & Platform Innovation


  • Leverage insights from Saudi culture and trends to inform concept development


  • Pilot emerging formats and creative approaches such as UGC, interactive content, AR, or platform-native campaigns



Qualifications
  • Creative Campaign Leader with 5–7 years of experience leading high-impact content campaigns, particularly those that sparked conversations or achieved measurable results


  • Strategic Thinker and Presenter who can sell big ideas clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders


  • Production-Literate creative who understands how ideas come to life from budgeting and directing to editing and delivery

Responsibilities

  • Shoot and edit high-quality visual content, including but not limited to: Food and retail merchandise; Activations and campaigns; Events and launches; Customer and lifestyle experiences; Behind-the-scenes and internal footage.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:
  • Creating and publishing content on all social media platforms.
  • Developing and managing the social media strategy after conducting competitive research, platform determination, messaging, and audience identification.
  • Planning, creating, publishing, and sharing new content on a daily basis.
  • Building out a plan that suits overarching company goals, strategizing tactics to achieve those goals, and exploring, testing, and optimizing different social media channels to suit a brand’s audience.
  • Understanding the targeted audience for each social channel, creating persuasive content that resonates with the intended audience, and is unique to the typical interactions of each channel.
  • Setting up and optimizing company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content.
  • Creating editorial calendars and syndication schedules.
  • Capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices.
  • Working with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.

Qualifications:

  • Social Media Marketing and Content Creation skills.
  • Digital Marketing skills.
  • Experience in managing social media accounts and creating engaging content.
  • Knowledge of marketing strategies and trends.

Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative Social Media & Communications Specialist to expand our digital presence. The ideal candidate is a visual storyteller with a strong understanding of social media trends and tools, who can create compelling content that elevates our brand and engages audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

  • Execute a high-impact social media strategy aligned with brand objectives
  • Manage daily content planning and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube
  • Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to optimize performance

Content Creation & Production

  • Create visually stunning content (Reels, Stories, Carousels)
  • Film and edit behind-the-scenes videos and project walkthroughs
  • Design static and motion graphics using Adobe Suite, Photoshop, CapCut, Canva, or similar tools
  • Use AI tools to build a proactive content calendar

Brand Communication

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone
  • Write engaging captions, scripts, email newsletters, and press copy
  • Support PR initiatives and media outreach

Community Engagement

  • Interact with followers and manage direct messages
  • Collaborate with influencers, clients, and photographers

Campaign Management

  • Support launches, exhibitions, and event coverage
  • Coordinate with design and marketing teams for cohesive storytelling

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in social media, communications, or content creation (preferably in design, fashion, or luxury sectors)
  • Proven ability to create viral video content (e.g. Reels, TikTok)
  • Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Photoshop, and Canva
  • Fluent in English and Arabic
  • Strong understanding of social media trends , digital platforms, and luxury branding
  • Experience managing multiple platforms and content calendars

Skills

  • Visual storytelling and aesthetic design sense
  • Copywriting for social and marketing content
  • Video filming and editing
  • Graphic design (static and animated content)
  • Community management and influencer collaboration
