General Requirements :

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Content Manager to join Calo’s central marketing team. This hybrid role blends high-level brand strategy with creative leadership. You will be responsible for shaping and evolving Calo’s brand identity across multiple countries, verticals, and product lines, ensuring that everything we produce from campaigns to visuals to content reflects our mission to make healthy easy. If you’re equally comfortable brainstorming a killer brand campaign and directing its content and assets production, this could be the role for you.
Main Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Custodianship
- Continuously develop and refine Calo’s brand identity, voice, and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms, verticals and regions
- Evolve the brand guidelines and collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt for cultural nuances while maintaining a unified brand presence
- Oversee brand awareness and equity initiatives, measuring success through brand health metrics and customer feedback and insights
- We want you to dream up content and event engagement that puts Calo on everyone’s radar. It could be short-form videos or epic long-form pieces, a quirky podcast or something totally off the wall, whatever grabs attention and keeps people talking about Calo. You’ll lead these projects from idea to launch, work with local teams to bring them to life, and continuously measure what’s working so we can do more of it. Our main goal? Generate buzz, build brand love, and keep Calo front and center wherever our audience hangs out
- Lead the creation and execution of high-impact campaigns and communications, including visuals, copy, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with in-house and external content creators and agencies to produce engaging content that resonates with Calo’s values and audiences
- Set high standards for design, storytelling, and brand experiences. Be the go-to person for creative approvals across multiple verticals (Calo Core, Retail, Kids, etc.)
- Work with local MP GMs, product teams, and food teams to align brand strategies with overall business goals
- Partner with PR and media relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong brand representation in public channels
- Introduce and champion systems, processes, and modes of cooperation that elevate our decentralized marketing model, ensuring alignment across all MPs

Role Overview
We’re looking for a Senior Brand & Creative Content manager to join Calo’s central marketing team. This hybrid role blends high-level brand strategy with creative leadership. You will be responsible for shaping and evolving Calo’s brand identity across multiple countries, verticals, and product lines, ensuring that everything we produce from campaigns to visuals to content reflects our mission to make healthy easy. If you’re equally comfortable brainstorming a killer brand campaign and directing its content and assets production, this could be the role for you.
Role Responsibilities- Brand Strategy & Custodianship
- Continuously develop and refine Calo’s brand identity, voice, and messaging to ensure consistency across all platforms, verticals and regions
- Evolve the brand guidelines and collaborate with local marketing teams to adapt for cultural nuances while maintaining a unified brand presence
- Oversee brand awareness and equity initiatives, measuring success through brand health metrics and customer feedback and consumer insight
- Content Marketing & Winning Big in Events
- We want you to dream up content and event engagement that puts Calo on everyone’s radar. It could be short-form videos or epic long-form pieces, a quirky podcast or something totally off the wall, whatever grabs attention and keeps people talking about Calo. You’ll lead these projects from idea to launch, work with local teams to bring them to life, and continuously measure what’s working so we can do more of it. Our main goal? Generate buzz, build brand love, and keep Calo front and center wherever our audience hangs out.

- Lead the creation and execution of high-impact campaigns and communications, including visuals, copy, and integrated marketing initiatives
- Collaborate closely with in-house and external content creators and agencies to produce engaging content that resonates with Calo’s values and audiences
- Set high standards for design, storytelling, and brand experiences. Be the go-to person for creative approvals across multiple verticals (Calo Core, Retail, Kids, etc.)
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work with local MP GMs, product teams, and food teams to align brand strategies with overall business goals
- Partner with PR and media relations teams to ensure consistent messaging and strong brand representation in public channels
- Introduce and champion systems, processes, and modes of cooperation that elevate our decentralized marketing model, ensuring alignment across all locations
