We’re seeking a bold, visionary Creative Content Director (or Head of Creative Content Strategy ) to lead the conception, pitch, and execution of hero content campaigns that drive cultural relevance, spark conversations, and elevate brand perception across the Saudi market and beyond.

Inspire and guide content managers, copywriters, and designers in executing bold ideas
Provide mentorship on storytelling, campaign development, and creative experimentation

Leverage insights from Saudi culture and trends to inform concept development

Qualifications
Creative Campaign Leader with 5–7 years of experience leading high-impact content campaigns, particularly those that sparked conversations or achieved measurable results

**1. Job Objective**
The Club’s output is intended to raise Saudi Arabian horseracing’s profile, reputation and popularity both locally and internationally, to increase raceday attendance, and to support the Club’s commercial interests by contributing to revenue growth including ticketing, hospitality, sponsorship, membership, horse ownership and non-raceday venue hire. **2. Primary Roles and Responsibilities***:
- Operational**
- Produce and customize engaging, relevant and timely video edits and motion graphics in Arabic and English for all JCSA platforms to support domestic audience growth and international awareness / perception of the JCSA and Saudi Arabia as a racing jurisdiction.

- Graphic design capabilities to develop static graphics, GIFs to full graphic-led videos. Experience with Adobe suite - Premiere, Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator.
- Proven editorial instincts. Able to identify strong stories and content that will perform well on social platforms and lead content production initiatives end-to-end by engaging multiple stakeholders.

Seeking a dynamic Content Creator and Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team in Riyadh. This role is ideal for a creative and highly organized individual who has a strong eye for design, a passion for storytelling, and a solid understanding of digital marketing platforms. You will play a key role in executing our content strategy, producing high-quality digital assets, and supporting daily digital marketing operations across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging and on-brand digital content (graphics, videos, reels, carousels, stories, short-form videos, etc.) for multiple platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
- Support daily social media posting, scheduling, and monitoring across all active platforms.
- Work closely with the Senior Digital Marketing Strategist and Social Media Manager to align content with marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Assist in the creation of email campaigns, newsletters, landing pages, and website content.
- Edit and repurpose video content for different platforms and audience segments.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and freelancers for specific projects as needed.
- Conduct basic performance tracking, compile reports on content engagement, and suggest improvements.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in content creation, social media algorithms, and digital storytelling formats.
- Support ad campaign execution by preparing creative assets and uploading content to Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other digital ad platforms when required.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field.

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva.
- Strong video editing and short-form content creation skills (especially for Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
