  • Assisting with P&L analysis: Supporting the Category Marketing Manager in understanding revenue and profitability drivers for the business.
  • Contributing to business strategy: Providing support in the development and execution of business strategies and roadmaps.
  • Supporting product initiatives: Assisting with market research, pricing analysis, and product development support.
  • Executing channel strategies: Helping to implement strategies across various channels, including traditional trade, modern trade, e-commerce, and emerging channels.

As Marketing Support:

  • Experience in assisting with brand or portfolio development and activation activities.
  • Familiarity with marketing across diverse channels , including digital platforms.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and provide strong support to senior managers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills , with a willingness to learn and contribute.

  • Minimum 8-15 years’ of total work experience - at least 5 years in IT/Digital technology strategy
  • Proven and relevant past consulting experience; alternatively strong in-house IT & Digital strategy / enterprise architecture division / advanced startup / pre-sales roles (but would have to demonstrate exceptional intrinsic consulting skills)
  • Arabic speaking must and fluent English

    **General Overview**:
    **Responsibilities**:

    - Develop & Implement the Media Strategy.
    - Analyze, assess & make recommendations on the value & feasibility of strategic & financial opportunities as potential growth opportunities for the Company.
    - Prepare, support and accompany strategy communication with all relevant stakeholders.
    - Provide a pool of highly skilled and cross-functional resources to support leadership, BUs and stakeholders as needed or mandated, with business analysis, research and analysis, proposal / pitch development, external stakeholder engagement, project / initiative management / delivery, advisory / interventions, etc.
    - Prepare presentations, statements or similar materials for internal / external stakeholders as needed.
    - Independently lead projects and initiatives as needed.

    **Requirements**:

    - Minimum 4 years of experience in Strategy Development & leading a team in a Consulting Environment.
    - Must have worked in International Management Consulting or Strategy advisory firms only.
    - Strong hands-on experience in preparing documents, PowerPoint presentations.
    - Good to have Media Landscape experience.
    - MBA preferred or equivalent Education.
