What skills & experience we are looking for
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting. Master’s degree or MBA is a strong plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in a consulting firm aligned to Financial Advisory for clients.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven experience in:
  • Financial Planning and Analysis (Budgeting, Planning, Forecasting or Management Reporting).
  • Finance and Accounting Processes & Functions (General Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets).
  • Solutions leveraging AI and Gen AI tools and functionalities.
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English is a must.
  • Preferred knowledge of Saudi Public sector.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Bonus points for knowledge of technology platforms (e.g. SAP, ORACLE), reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau), digital technologies (RPA, AI, ML), and experience designing FinTech solutions: OneStream, Anaplan, Cognos, Hyperion, OBIEE, Tableau, Fusion.
  • Worked in at least 1 full implementation of an FP&A solution.

  • Build and maintain productive relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Become familiar with the client's business environment to lead projects effectively
  • Ownership of and leadership for key client projects ensuring delivery of the highest quality deliverables and ensuring timely and efficient project operations
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders, both inside and outside the organisation
  • Ensuring the scope and schedule of projects are achievable within the given time and budget
  • Take ownership for and providedirection and leadership on solving consulting issues associated with a project with the project management team, clients, and other interested parties
  • Applying theoretical, managerial, and technical skills to fulfil identified objectives and deliverables
  • Implementing a solid project management strategy for task interdependence
  • Managing project risks, contingency and mitigation plans
  • Maintaining high team performance and productivity
  • Being present in client offices as required to deal with any issues in real-time
  • Presenting key project updates to client stakeholders and agency partners
  • Creating and managing project plans and reports for numerous agency projects

  • Overseeing / reviewing and approving the production of client materials e.g. presentations, letters, and memos
  • Overseeing / reviewing and approving the client’s reports, including status updates, agendas, and meeting minutes / summaries
  • Leading the Client meeting from the APEX Team and reviewing, approving, and sharing the Minutes with the Client
  • Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress
  • Keeping abreast of industry and daily news reports to stay on top of current affairs and client sector news
