- Coordinate and review client data
- Analyze qualitative and quantitative information by identifying trends and issues from information gained during focus groups, interviews, and meetings/research
- Conduct research on human capital topics and relevant industries, using internet and internal databases to gather information on current and prospective clients
- Participate in Business Development activities including scheduling and attending pitch meetings
- Provide support to Consultants and Project Managers
- Assist in preparing client presentations/reports, including creating exhibit/visual aids to effectively communicate analytical findings, by using excel data and PowerPoint for review by more senior consultants

- Fresh Graduate
- Bachelor or master's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources or any relevant Major. A Master's degree holder would be highly valued.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager with 5-7 years of experience in consulting or business development, ideally within the public sector or professional services industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving the firm's growth, expanding client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior clients, providing strategic business advice that addresses key challenges and proposes optimal solutions aligned with client goals and best practices.
  2. Lead client engagements from scoping to delivery, developing and presenting customized strategies that support long-term objectives.
  3. Identify and capitalize on opportunities within Saudi Arabia, driving growth through market insights and leading proposal preparation to align with client needs.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities and industry leaders, to enhance business development and strategic partnerships.
  5. Mentor junior consultants and conduct performance reviews, providing feedback for career development and fostering the next generation of consulting talent.
  6. Develop business cases that justify investments and conduct feasibility studies, analyzing financial, technical, and operational aspects.
  7. Establish, track, and analyze KPIs to measure strategic success and prepare performance reports for senior leadership.
  8. Act as a key team player, fostering communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and project success, while sharing knowledge and best practices with other leaders.
  9. Enhance business processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure quality.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 7 years in Business Consulting or Management Consulting.
  2. Proven track record of experience in managing and working on Governmental projects.
  3. Strong proficiency in consulting frameworks, methodologies, and tools.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
  5. Bachelor’s degree in business, Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
  6. Certified in Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience managing diverse, multicultural teams.
  8. Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with fluency in both Arabic and English and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.
  9. Strategic thinking dynamically and planning with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex projects in a dynamic environment.
  10. Strong proficiency in data analytics, with the ability to leverage data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize business outcomes.
  11. Proficient in identifying inefficiencies and bottlenecks within existing processes.
  12. Ability to perform root cause analysis using data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights from statistical models.
  13. Strong understanding of Lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
  14. Ability to analyze problems from multiple angles and develop effective solutions.
  15. Skilled in Change Management principles to facilitate smooth transitions, improve adoption rates, and minimize resistance to new processes.
