Job Description
You will be responsible for directing, designing and implementing major change and people transformation programs across MENA related to large-scale business / HR transformations. You will also develop people and change management strategies and business cases with measurable objectives.
In this role, you will work in diverse project teams, together with colleagues from different service lines to address client s most complex issues and deliver full cycle large business transformation projects.

Qualifications & Experience
- A bachelor s degree in a relevant field (business, psychology, or organizational development); Masters preferred.
- At least 5 years of work experience with a proven track record of delivering large complex business transformation, HR value chain projects or change management and culture change projects.
- Be a subject matter expert in one or more of the following: HR transformation, organization design, talent management, performance management, rewards, people aspects of change management whether operational transformation, cultural change or technology driven change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both Arabic and English written and verbal)
- Prior work experience within a professional services or global consultancy firm.
Ideally, you ll also have
- Experience working in large private and/or public sector organisations human resources functions.
- Strong insight into a particular sector such as the government and public sector, energy or financial services is desirable.

The EMEA Energy Transition Consulting Team is a trusted advisor to leading companies in the traditional and new energy sectors, investors, and governments. As part of this dynamic team, you will work alongside consultants and subject matter experts from diverse backgrounds. - Lead and oversee consulting project delivery, defining approach, frameworks, data, and analysis to drive impactful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
- Proven management consulting experience from a reputable consulting firm, including end-to-end project delivery, client presentations, and development of deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- At least 3-5 years of experience in the energy transition sector, including the energy value chain, critical minerals, renewable power, emissions reduction, and environmental management.
- At least 8 years of professional experience spanning consulting, industry, or finance roles with demonstrated commercial analysis, financial modeling, research/benchmarking, and M&A-related skills integrated into consulting delivery.
- Experience in the Middle East and GCC energy landscape is highly favorable.
- Minimum of a BSc in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, or Process preferred); post-graduate degree in finance, economics, or business is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
