Consulting Sales Manager – Applied Sales (HVAC)

Key Responsibilities

• Promote SKM Applied products to consultants, developers, and end users.

• Lead consulting sales initiatives and manage consultant relationships across the Abu Dhabi region.

• Conduct technical presentations, trainings, and seminars for consultants and key stakeholders.

• Drive business development by identifying new consultant opportunities and building long-term relationships.

• Proven management consulting experience from a reputable consulting firm, including end-to-end project delivery, client presentations, and development of deliverables (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• At least 3-5 years of experience in the energy transition sector, including the energy value chain, critical minerals, renewable power, emissions reduction, and environmental management.
• At least 8 years of professional experience spanning consulting, industry, or finance roles with demonstrated commercial analysis, financial modeling, research/benchmarking, and M&A-related skills integrated into consulting delivery.
• Experience in the Middle East and GCC energy landscape is highly favorable.
• Minimum of a BSc in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, or Process preferred); post-graduate degree in finance, economics, or business is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are advantageous.

• Lead and mentor a team of pre-sales consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment to drive success.
