Role Overview

As a Manager in Risk & Compliance Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering client solutions across operational risk, compliance, and resilience domains. With 6–10 years of experience, you will lead workstreams, manage teams, and contribute to the development of risk strategies, operating models, and technology implementations. You will be expected to combine deep subject matter expertise with practical delivery experience and a strong understanding of how digital tools and emerging technologies can enhance risk management.



Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of Risk & Compliance Engagements

  • Lead the planning and execution of consulting projects across operational risk (e.g., RCSA, risk appetite, KRI frameworks), compliance transformation, and operational resilience (e.g., scenario testing, impact tolerance).

  • Translate regulatory requirements (e.g., DORA, Basel II/III, data privacy laws, AML/CFT) into actionable implementation plans for clients.

  • Coordinate across business, risk, compliance, IT, and internal audit to align on deliverables and expectations.

  • Risk Technology Implementation & Enablement

  • Design and implement risk and compliance solutions leveraging GRC platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow, MetricStream), dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and data analytics solutions.

  • Define business requirements, assess current maturity, and support the configuration of platforms to align with client operating models.

  • Collaborate with tech teams to ensure integration, data quality, and effective reporting.

  • AI-Enabled Use Cases and Innovation

  • Support the identification and development of AI use cases in areas such as compliance monitoring, internal controls testing, and risk event prediction.

  • Help clients assess opportunities and risks in applying AI to risk functions, and establish governance controls for responsible use.

  • Participate in proof-of-concepts or pilots using generative AI or machine learning tools for risk process optimization.

  • Stakeholder Engagement & Project Management

  • Act as day-to-day client lead for specific workstreams or modules, ensuring high-quality delivery.

  • Prepare and deliver presentations, risk reports, and dashboards to senior stakeholders.

  • Manage project risks, resourcing, timelines, and budgets.

  • Team Leadership & Practice Support

  • Manage and mentor junior consultants and analysts, providing feedback and supporting their development.

  • Contribute to knowledge creation, internal training, and methodology development within the risk and compliance practice.

  • Support proposal development and business development efforts as a subject matter contributor.



Qualifications And Experience

  • Experience: 6–10 years in risk, compliance, or resilience consulting.

  • Education: Degree in Management, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications (e.g., FRM, CAMS, CRISC) are a plus.

  • Technical Skills:


  • Strong working knowledge of operational risk, regulatory compliance, or operational resilience frameworks

  • Proficiency with GRC tools and dashboarding/analytics tools

  • Familiarity with data governance, model risk, or AI/ML in risk contexts is desirable

  • Solid project management and stakeholder communication capabilities

  • Arabic language is a plus

Description:

To lead the analysis and management of Business Enablement Applications, including ERP and Non-ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with operational business analysts on process changes and impacts. This role is responsible for managing the services delivered to the business under the Applications Tracks, overseeing service quality, documenting processes and progress, identifying, and registering risks, and managing financials and contracts related to licenses and technical resources. The Sr. Specialist will also support strategic planning and execution of application services to meet evolving business needs.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, concise requirements.
  • Analyze project estimations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain project tracking mechanisms to monitor progress and identify potential risks.
  • Conduct cost analysis and control to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Document business processes, requirements, and user stories. Support the implementation of new systems and processes.
  • Contribute to project planning, execution, and closure.
  • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Manage the services delivered to business under the Applications Tracks for ERP and Non-ERP solutions.
  • Oversee and ensure the quality and continuity of ERP and Non-ERP application services.
  • Manage contracts related to the services provided under ERP and Non-ERP application tracks, including vendor coordination and compliance monitoring.
Skills & Experience
  • Collaborate with engineering, geology, and operations teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system or process enhancements.
  • Develop business cases for operational improvements, cost optimization, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Support implementation of ERP systems, process mining tools, and automation technologies.
  • Monitor KPIs across mining projects and generate actionable insights for leadership.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for senior management.
  • Ensure alignment with Saudi Vision 2030 and sustainability goals.
