- Act as day-to-day client lead for specific workstreams or modules, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, risk reports, and dashboards to senior stakeholders.
- Manage project risks, resourcing, timelines, and budgets.
- Team Leadership & Practice Support
- Manage and mentor junior consultants and analysts, providing feedback and supporting their development.
- Contribute to knowledge creation, internal training, and methodology development within the risk and compliance practice.
- Support proposal development and business development efforts as a subject matter contributor.
- Experience: 6–10 years in risk, compliance, or resilience consulting.
- Education: Degree in Management, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications or certifications (e.g., FRM, CAMS, CRISC) are a plus.
- Technical Skills:

DescriptionTo lead the analysis and management of Business Enablement Applications, including ERP and Non-ERP solutions, ensuring alignment with operational business analysts on process changes and impacts.
