Job Description

We are hiring different profiles for our Office In Riyadh: Senior Management Consultant / or Project Manager Consultant.

As a senior management Consultant, you will work on projects that help clients integrate strategy, process, technology, and information to increase effectiveness, reduce costs and improve profit and shareholder value.

As part of a diverse and motivated team, you will be involved in a range of projects with our clients, covering topics such as:

• Strategy Definition
• Operations Optimization
• Business Process Improvement (supply chain, corporate finance, procurement, warehouses, facility management, HR, IT, etc.)
• Project management
• Change management

As a Project Management Consultant, you will be responsible for overseeing the PMO and managing Pearls' projects. This covers all key areas of project management, including time, cost, quality, and stakeholder management. You will support Pearls team in delivering project work for a variety of clients, primarily on client sites.

You will be also in charge of administrative matters of the office: administrative documents, facility management, etc.

You will be based either at Pearls' office in Riyadh or at client locations.

Qualifications:

• Good Engineering or business school (Top universities, KFUPM, KAUST, etc.)
• Ability to gather and analyze data effectively, critical thinking, understand and analyze complex problems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with completing individual tasks effectively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills (Arabic, English)
• Ideally experience in consulting company

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and strategic Consultant to join our Growth Portfolio Department within the Project Management Division (PMD). This role is focused on driving large-scale transformation and managing high-impact projects for government and major corporate clients. You will be instrumental in conducting feasibility studies, designing operating models, and managing the entire project lifecycle to deliver exceptional results.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned consultant or project manager passionate about organizational growth and change.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver large-scale programs and projects, from initiation to completion.
• Conduct in-depth feasibility studies, gap/SWOT analysis, and develop sophisticated financial models to support strategic decisions.
• Design and implement change management strategies, support organizational transformation, and develop new operating models.
• Prepare and manage procurement documentation (RFPs, RFIs, RFQs) and oversee vendor selection and management.
• Track KPIs, perform advanced data analysis, and create compelling, executive-level presentations and reports.

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  6–8 years of experience in management consulting or large-scale project/program management.
• Education:
  Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Industrial, or Systems). A Master's degree is a strong plus.
• Certifications:
  PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci Change Management, or Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  Proven ability in financial modeling, vendor management, and executive-level communication.
• Language:
  Excellent command of both English and Arabic, with strong business writing skills.

Managers typically manage/lead smaller projects or an independent workstream in a large engagement, and are responsible for delivery and meeting the financial objectives of the project/engagement. They typically interface with senior stakeholders at the client and are expected to identify new opportunities at the client or expand the scope within existing engagements. They are actively involved in the pursuit of new clients and capture of new business. They manage small teams of Consultants and Analysts on engagements and are People Leads for up to 5 Consultants and Analysts.
