Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
Define the vision, scope, and roadmap for the new AI Consulting Services division
- Develop a robust framework of AI services tailored to client needs, leveraging our strengths in UX, CX, and software development
Identify and evaluate global and local AI trends, competitor offerings, and best practices
Service Design & Roadmap
Design a portfolio of AI consulting services (e.g., AI strategy advisory, AI-driven CX, predictive analytics, automation, generative AI integration, data governance, AI ethics)
- Translate market insights and internal capabilities into a phased roadmap for execution
Define organizational structure, required skill sets, and team profiles to deliver these services
Business Development Support
Partner with the commercial/sales team to pitch AI offerings, close deals, and pursue strategic accounts
- Train and enable the sales team to confidently position and sell AI services
Collaborate with clients to co-create proposals and deliver AI advisory at C-suite level
Market Research & Innovation
Conduct competitive benchmarking of AI service offerings from leading agencies and consulting firms
- Leverage our research expertise to develop differentiated AI services relevant to the region and our client base
Build partnerships with technology providers, startups, and academic institutions
Execution & Delivery
Oversee pilot projects and proof-of-concepts with key clients
- Ensure successful delivery of consulting engagements, balancing strategic insight with practical implementation
Requirements
- 10-15+ years of experience in technology/consulting with at least 5 years focused on AI services
- Proven track record of building or leading AI-focused practices or divisions in consulting firms, agencies, or large enterprises
- Strong expertise in AI/ML, generative AI, data analytics, automation, and enterprise adoption strategies
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with the ability to advise senior executives
- Commercial acumen: experience supporting sales, crafting proposals, and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership to design org structures, recruit talent, and scale new service lines
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or Business/Strategy (preferred)
