About The Role
We are seeking a high-energy Consultant I lead delivery of high impact engagements in the solution function within Mozn, a cutting-edge technology company. The Engagement Manager will have an important role within our solutions business, managing our solutions deployment to ensure that our clients receive maximum value from our data solutions. The ideal candidate combines a passion for technology with the ability to manage projects and lead teams.

What You'll Do

  • Work onsite with clients to manage complex enterprise implementations.
  • Prove the analytical value of our solutions under tight time constraints.
  • Drive user adoption of our solutions.
  • Foster positive relationships with our clients as the primary point of contact.
  • Help clients implement services and plan projects effectively.
  • Address customer issues with speed and efficiency.
  • Prepare reports on project performance.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
  • Track project performance.
  • Solve client problems and create value-add content to communicate solutions
  • Manage clients and use verbal and written communication to deliver content

Qualifications

  • BS/MS from a top school in Computer Science, Engineering field or any related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Previous experience in management consulting and/or technology in a top firm is a plus.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Customer-oriented approach.
  • Project-management experience.
  • Strong track record of leadership
