  • Oversees cost control and valuation processes, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget adherence.
  • Directs monthly post-contract cost reporting and presents findings to clients for transparency and accountability.
  • Identifies and manages cost impacts from design changes, construction activities, and client-driven variations.
  • Evaluates contractor claims for delays and additional costs, ensuring fair and accurate assessments.
  • Supervises project completion processes, including issuing certificates of practical and final completion.
  • Champions process improvement and sustainability, enhancing cost management practices and supporting net zero carbon goals.
