Overview

As a PR manager, the candidate will be required to work collaboratively with client servicing teams in developing and putting together presentations, think on their feet on client’s business, pitch stories to and manage relationships with media, KOLs, and influencers.   1. Develop presentations, underpinned with a creative mindset.
  2. Have a full understanding of the workings of the media and foster relationships with stakeholders including media, KOLs, and influencers.

  • Expert knowledge of project management practices, tools, techniques, analysis, and methods.
  • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and techniques for maximizing manufacturing and distribution efficiency.
  • Expert knowledge of the practical application of engineering science and technology, including principles, techniques, procedures, and equipment related to design and production.

Overview

As a Senior Account Manager in the PR team, this candidate will be developing strong client management skills and beginning to take a leading role in expanding the business through both organic and new business growth.

The Senior Account Manager will be a multi-tasker able to work collaboratively across the teams to put together solid presentations, media pitches, content writing, and basic social media strategies. Responsibilities

  1. Technical & Product

The project:

This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project consists of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment, and arts along with all associated infrastructure.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

  • Prepare and manage all contract documentation, including warranties, bonds, and licenses, ensuring timely and accurate execution by all relevant parties.
  • Provide expert advice on the administration and interpretation of building contract terms throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct valuations of completed work, manage variations, and ensure alignment with contractual agreements.
  • Implement and maintain robust cost control measures and financial reporting systems to support project delivery.
  • Manage all financial aspects related to design changes, construction activities, contract awards, and client billing.
  • Evaluate and negotiate contractor and subcontractor claims for delays and additional costs, ensuring fair and contract-compliant outcomes.
  • Oversee project completion processes, including issuing certificates of practical completion, making good defects, and final account settlements.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster strong stakeholder relationships, and contribute to sustainability goals, including net zero carbon transition.

You'll need to have:

  • Necessary visa criteria for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and have relevant work experience working on high valued projects/ programmes for a project management consultancy business, which are required for immigration and client approval.
  • In-country experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region is preferred.
