• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in construction management, with a strong emphasis on digital transformation or technology implementation.
• In-depth knowledge of digital tools and technologies used in construction, including BIM and project management software.
• Proven experience in leading digital initiatives within the construction industry.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Experience in change management and training for digital tools.
• Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies related to digital construction.
