The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Estimation Manager for one of our clients based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will lead the estimation process, ensuring accurate, timely, and competitive project bids that align with our company's vision and standards. Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the estimation team to prepare detailed and competitive cost estimates for construction projects. - Analyze project drawings, specifications, and other documentation to accurately assess project requirements. - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for estimates. - Prepare budgets, cost plans, and facilitate bid submissions to clients. - Identify and mitigate risks related to cost and project timelines during the estimation phase. - Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and client requirements. - Continuously evaluate estimation processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. - Monitor market trends and material pricing to provide informed cost projections. - Provide training and mentorship to junior estimators and team members.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. - Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction estimation, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry pricing standards. - Proficient in estimation software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus. - Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and collaboration. - Willingness to relocate and work in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Key role, responsible for leading the preparation of accurate and competitive tenders, managing the full estimation process, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical and commercial proposals. The role requires a deep understanding of geotechnical construction techniques, ground engineering solutions, and local market dynamics. Duties & Responsibilities • Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for geotechnical and ground engineering projects. • Review technical specifications, drawings, and contract documents to develop accurate and competitive bids. • Coordinate with engineering, design, operations, and procurement teams to ensure technical and commercial accuracy. • Analyze project risks, cost structures, and constructability to optimize tender strategies. • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and stakeholders within the geotechnical sector. • Support business development. • Support project handover to execution teams and provide ongoing technical/commercial input as required.
