- Perform grid surveying (grid leveling) for contour mapping and cut/fill volume estimation.
- Apply value engineering by optimizing grading and profiles to minimize cut and fill quantities, reducing costs and manpower.
- Contribute to preparing as-built drawings using field survey data.
- Review and validate benchmarks linked to national geodetic networks.
- Coordinate with engineering disciplines (Civil, Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical).
- Ensure high accuracy in all surveying, setting out, and profiling works.
- Operate design and analysis software, including AutoCAD Civil 3D, InfraWorks, ArcGIS, BIM 360.
- Collaborate with Planning and Cost Control departments to analyze the impact of grading on schedules and costs.
