We seek an experienced Design Coordination/Client Liaison Project Manager for airport projects. The role involves working closely with the site-based team led by the Engineering/Design Director, ensuring coordination, analysis, and construction oversight, and serving as a key liaison with clients and stakeholders. The position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, requiring attendance at the design offices during the workweek.
Responsibilities- Have a strong technical and management background with proven experience in airport infrastructure projects and excellent client management skills.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback related to designs and construction.
- Organize and participate in regular stakeholder meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Translate technical details into clear information for non-technical stakeholders.
- Facilitate data collection and interface with airport and other design teams.

- Experience with large-scale airport infrastructure, including terminals and baggage handling areas.

Job Description: The Department of Architectural Engineering & Construction Management is seeking potential Saudi candidates holding a bachelor degree, for research and teaching purposes.
Job Responsibilities: The candidate will be expected to be available for professional duties for approximately 35-40 hours per week and to carry out teaching, research, academic advising, administrative duties, and other academic responsibilities assigned by the department, in accordance with Ministry of Civil Service regulations. Qualifications: Applicant must have:
- An earned bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in the relevant field.
- A full-time bachelor’s degree with very good grades.
- Certificate equivalency if obtained from outside the Kingdom.
