Key Accountabilities
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.
- Identify resource requirements, including labor, materials, and equipment, and allocate resources efficiently to meet project milestones.
- Monitor project progress, track critical path activities, and analyze deviations from the planned schedule. Implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Identify potential project risks and delays, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely reporting to project stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the cost control team to integrate project cost data with the project schedule for comprehensive project control.
