Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and project funding requirements.

Budgeting & Forecasting

• Lead the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts at the corporate and project levels.

• Support project teams in developing cost-to-complete forecasts and profit projections.

Project & Cost Control

• Collaborate with Project Control and Procurement teams to validate project budgets, progress payments, and variations.
• Ensure adherence to contractual and client billing requirements.
• Implement cost optimization measures across operations and procurement.

Internal Controls & Compliance

• Develop and maintain robust internal control systems and accounting policies.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi financial laws, tax regulations (ZATCA, VAT, WHT), and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory authorities during audits and reviews.

Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities

• Provide financial advice to senior management on business performance, risks, and investment decisions.
• Support the implementation of ERP or accounting systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to build departmental capability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Accounting, Finance, or Commerce
  ; Master's or MBA preferred.
• Professional certification such as
  CPA, CMA, ACCA, or SOCPA

  10+ years of experience
