As a key member of the team, the Document Control Manager will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate dissemination, recording, and tracking of various project-related documents in compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, and standards. This role will require a high degree of collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and strong attention to detail to ensure documentation accuracy and completeness.


Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project document control procedures and related systems to ensure project records are accurate, complete, and properly controlled.
  • Manage the document control process from project initiation to close-out, including the uploading, tracking, and maintenance of project documents and correspondence in the document control system.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable project document control policies, procedures, and standards, and identify and implement improvements as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with project managers and project teams to ensure project documentation is submitted on time and in accordance with project requirements.

Under general supervision performs a variety of document control functions for a project or department.

Coordinates the flow of documents between project operations, engineering disciplines, construction team, or other department groups. Incumbent may be responsible for a small-sized project.

Will have knowledge of both the work processes of document control and also the use of electronic systems used to manage documentation.

**Responsibilities**:
Processes one or more document types through all procedural steps in accordance with well-defined procedures and guidelines. Scans documents for electronic storage.
