**As a Network Support Officer, **you will work closely with our network administrators to ensure the seamless operation of our computer networks, connections, and security systems.
**What will you do**:

Posted Pay Range
The posted pay range, if referenced, reflects the range expected for this position at the commencement of employment, however, base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, education, experience, and internal equity. The total compensation package for this position may also include other compensation elements, to be discussed during the hiring process. As a Network Engineer, you will provide technical support to customers and partners, focusing on pre-sales test support, partner training, and project implementation on Ruijie network products or solutions. You will also be responsible for service delivery quality within your coverage territory.

- Collaborate closely with the TAC level 2 support team to resolve technical issues and service requests from partners and customers efficiently.
- Provide technical support to enterprise industry channel partners, focusing on Campus Network and Wireless areas.
- Enhance channel partners’ technical service capabilities through regular training, technical certification, product training, and workshops.
- Assist in establishing service process systems (customer support, RMA, project delivery, etc.) and ensure service quality by managing service partner delivery in responsible countries.
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in network essentials or related fields, or equivalent work experience.
- Over 3 years of technical support and implementation experience in network-related areas (Switch, Router, VPN, Wireless). Experience with Cisco, HPE, Aruba, Ruckus, Huawei, and Juniper is preferred.
- Experience in configuring and administering Wireless products (LAN Controllers, Access Points), and Wireless LAN Security (WEP, WPA2/WPA3, LEAP, PEAP).
- Professional certifications like CCNP/CCIE, HCNP/HCNE, JNCIS/JNCIP, HPE ASE, Aruba ACMP are preferred.
- Experience in customer interaction or client-facing roles, with excellent presentation, communication, and moderation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong multitasking skills and managing multiple engagements.
- Excellent English communication skills; Chinese language skills are a plus.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business.
