The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that Unifonic adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. This role involves developing and implementing compliance programs and frameworks, conducting audits, training employees, and identifying and mitigating potential risks of non-compliance.

Create and implement a compliance framework and program which will enable Unifonic to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations and monitor its performance.
Develop standards, policies, procedures and systems for compliance. Develop, deliver, and review an Annual Compliance Plan to ensure the compliance effort is focused appropriately according to the identified level of risk. Act as a subject matter expert assessing and advising senior management, board, and committees on existing and emerging regulatory compliance requirements across the organisation. Identify and maintain an inventory of all applicable regulatory rules and regulations pertinent to the Company.
