Project Overview:Bechtel has been involved over the last 80 years in some of the world’s busiest and most complex airport projects, including Greenfield and Brownfield developments. In the GCC, we have held significant roles on King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports. As we consider the future of aviation globally and in the GCC, we are very enthusiastic about the future of aviation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
We are currently considering candidates with aviation, other transportation or complex public accessible building project experience to provide project management consultancy services (including technical, commercial and construction management) for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh.
Job Summary:In this role, you will administer the development, management, and execution of corporate affairs and communications programs. You will research, write, edit, and maintain content for press releases on Bechtel projects, personnel, technical innovations, new job awards, and other activities. Your coordination of program elements will help drive impactful and strategic communication for Bechtel.
Major Responsibilities:Administers the development, management, and execution of corporate and public affairs and communications programs in support of a project or corporate group
Performs research and special assignments as assigned
Researches, writes, edits, and maintains content for press releases and articles on Bechtel projects, personnel, technical innovations, new job awards, and other Bechtel activities
Coordinates the preparation, clearing, and releasing of information, articles, photographs, and video to newspapers, magazines, and television
Researches, writes, edits, and maintains content for stories and articles for a variety of Bechtel publications and websites
Independently researches story ideas, conducts interviews with senior management or with persons external to Bechtel, and coordinates the necessary photography in support of the article
Supports the communications function, including researching, writing, editing, and maintaining content for face-to-face engagement, electronic news, intranet management, and change management activities
Supporting stakeholder relations strategies and tactics
Coordinates and plans all-employee meetings, community outreach programs, and other events, including presentations and logistics
Collects information and analyzes the impact of the organization’s social responsibility programs and activities on key stakeholders
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

Manage, supervise, and perform communication systems planning and implementation activities. Level of support can be theater-wide or at squadron level. Tasks shall include:
- Provide continuity for deployed USAF personnel and act as a liaison with the base-level USAF personnel to support USAFCENT operational requirements on projects and serve as a focal point for all communication systems planning;
- Direct and lead planning meetings, video, and teleconferences, as required by the TO;
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs), local command, and external agencies, as required, to develop and brief project plans. Manage implementation of communication systems projects;
- Coordinate and facilitate communications installations to include frequency authorizations, civil works authorizations, logistical work, and other aspects as required;
- Coordinate engineering data through the base communication system integrator (CSI) to ensure communications systems architecture, configuration, and integration conformity;
- Consolidate monthly reports of all communication projects, as required by the TO;
- Coordinate and process deployed base/command-level requirements;
- Track requirements throughout the lifecycle, to include gathering, collecting, and archive requirements;
- Input requirement to Government-provided database;
- Act as a liaison with the base-level USAF personnel to support USAFCENT operational requirements;
- Coordinate and process deployed base requirements, as required.
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
Government computers and DoD approved software.
Working Environment:

Key ResponsibilitiesAs the successful candidate you will be required to perform the following:
- Create clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across all communication channels (external & internal).

- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on media activities.
- Assist in organizing internal campaigns, announcements, and newsletters.

The Communications Manager will develop and execute strategic communication plans to enhance our brand, engage stakeholders, and manage internal/external messaging. The ideal candidate will have strong writing skills, media relations experience, and a collaborative spirit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Communications Department at Kudu
- Plan and execute all communications and sustainability campaigns in collaboration with the social media and brand teams
- Develop relationships with media and non-profit organizations in KSA (charities, NGO…)
- Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies.
- Create and edit content for press releases, newsletters, and social media.
- Build relationships with media and manage inquiries.
- Collaborate with the HR Department for internal communications.
- Collaborate with various departments to align messaging.
- Reports to the Senior Director of Marketing & Communications
Required qualification, skills and experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Communications, preferably in the QSR industry within Saudi Arabia
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in communications or a related field
- Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading in Arabic and English
- Strong relationships with the local media and bloggers
- Experience in media relations
- News savvy and up to date on the latest trends
- Excellent organizational and planning skills
- Creative and innovative mindset with strong inter-personal skills

Role Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Communications Lead to build and drive our internal and external communications function during a transformative phase of our growth. You will play a central role in ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact across all communications channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Internal Communications:
- Develop and execute internal communications strategies to keep employees informed, aligned, and engaged across regions
- Partner with People, Leadership, and Office Teams to communicate company priorities, culture initiatives, organizational changes, and leadership updates
- Manage all-hands meetings, internal newsletters, Slack/channel comms, and company-wide announcements
- Support change communications related to acquisition, integration, or global expansion efforts
- Draft and coordinate communications to investors, partners, government bodies, and media (where appropriate)
- Support the COO and executive team with talking points, thought leadership pieces, and presentation materials
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure brand and message consistency across public channels, including website, LinkedIn, and press materials
- Assist with drafting and editing investor updates, board presentations, and corporate announcements
- Establish basic comms infrastructure: tone-of-voice guidelines, comms calendar, templates, and approval workflows
- Monitor sentiment and feedback to inform communication improvements
- Act as a trusted advisor and comms partner to senior leadership during periods of change or sensitivity.
- 6+ years of experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or a similar role in a high-growth, international, or tech environment
- Proven ability to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging messaging for different audiences
- Experience supporting leadership teams with strategic comms or investor/board relations
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to work cross-functionally with C-level leaders
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, and design platforms is a plus
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-driven approach
- Adaptable and calm under pressure; experienced in navigating ambiguity and change
- High emotional intelligence and sound judgment
