*JOB PURPOSE *
The Assistant Communications is responsible for providing proficient and efficient support for ICIEC's communications activities. This role assists in the implementation of internal and external communication strategies aimed at effectively disseminating ICIEC's accomplishments and initiatives. The position contributes to enhancing ICIEC's image as a leader in the Export Credit Insurance industry across member countries and globally.
Key duties include supporting the dissemination of official ICIEC publications and ensuring timely, accurate, and impactful communication across various channels. The incumbent performs responsibilities under the guidance of the Communications Specialist or other senior staff responsible for communications, as applicable.
*KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
External Relations *
- Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring initiatives aimed at enhancing ICIEC's corporate image.
- Support the execution of external communication strategies, ensuring timely and effective dissemination of information.
- Ensure that all communication materials comply with ICIEC's branding and visual identity guidelines.
- Coordinate with relevant internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate smooth implementation of communication initiatives.
Internal communications
- Support the execution of effective internal communication strategies to keep staff informed and engaged.
- Facilitate improved internal communications and knowledge sharing across ICIEC departments.
