Overview
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead the rebuilding and optimization of our supply chain department. You will design, implement, and enforce a best-in-class supply chain system, enhance procurement efficiency, strengthen inventory control, and oversee logistics and warehousing operations to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence. This role reports directly to the General Manager .
Key Responsibilities- Lead the restructuring of procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations across all branches.
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans, drive cost savings, and establish long-term supplier partnerships.
- Implement inventory optimization (ABC/XYZ, min-max, safety stock, lead-time planning) to improve working capital.
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, customs clearance, and fleet management, ensuring on-time delivery across KSA.
- Introduce ERP/WMS controls and digitized dashboards to monitor purchase orders, stock levels, and deliveries in real-time.
- Standardize and enforce SOPs across procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
- Build and mentor a team of procurement specialists, storekeepers, and drivers, creating clear reporting lines and KPIs.
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (PCOC, SASO, IECEE, customs clearance).
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or business (master’s preferred).
- 10+ years’ experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years in aftermarket spare parts, heavy equipment, or industrial products.
- Proven track record in restructuring or building supply chain departments.
- Strong knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Slim4, etc.).
- Professional certifications (CSCP, CIPS, PMP, Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
- Prior experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC markets highly desirable.
