The Cloud Solutions Architect Manager will lead a team of architects, including Azure & Modern Work Sr. Solutions Architects, to deliver innovative cloud solutions aligned with client needs and the company's strategic goals. This role requires strong leadership to drive technical excellence, manage team performance, and foster relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, Microsoft, and other vendors.
Description Of The Job- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of solutions architects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering technical excellence.
- Define and implement cloud transformation strategies, aligning technical solutions with organizational goals and customer needs.
- Review and approve architecture designs and technical proposals, ensuring scalability, resilience, and high-quality deliverables.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and vendors (Microsoft), acting as a senior point of contact for escalations and strategic discussions.
- Promote continuous learning through training sessions, certifications, and knowledge transfer within the team and across departments.
- Provide detailed insights on team performance, project status, and business opportunities to senior management.
- Manage and support the pre-sales process in cooperation with the sales team.
- Support Solution Architect team in providing Proof of Concepts, Architecture Design Sessions, and Strategy/Technology Briefings to demonstrate Microsoft’s capabilities and how other products can meet customer requirements.
- Engage directly with key clients and support architecture designs and technical proposals for these clients.
- Develop strategic proactive GTM approaches for Microsoft 365 & Azure solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Sales Team and Operations to evolve Ctelecoms' value proposition.
- Lead and mentor a team of solutions architects.
- Establish performance goals and support skill development aligned with team objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and maintain in-depth technical knowledge of Ctelecoms' products, services, and solutions.
- Focus on domains such as Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Exchange, Active Directory, SharePoint, Hyper-V, SQL Server, Teams Rooms and Phone, CodeTwo, Backup & DR, and Bactopus.
- Review and approve architecture designs, proposals, and technical documentation prepared by the team.
- Ensure solutions meet customer requirements for scalability, availability, and resilience.
- Oversee the development and maintenance of the technical content library.
- Act as an escalation point for complex client issues and support pre-sales discussions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, Microsoft, and other vendors.
- Drive partnerships with Microsoft Saudi Teams and other stakeholders for collaboration and growth.
- Promote knowledge sharing within the team and across departments through training and documentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and certifications to guide the team in adopting new technologies.
- Provide detailed reports on team performance, project progress, and strategic opportunities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and client reporting requirements.
- BA in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Advanced certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert or Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in cloud solutions architecture, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in pre-sales, technical strategy, and client relationship management.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for diverse stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, and other modern workplace solutions.
- Client-focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

OverviewAs a Microsoft Cloud Security Sr. Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining security solutions within Microsoft's cloud environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the security, compliance, and integrity of cloud-based resources and data, leveraging tools and services such as Intune, Azure Entra Premium features, Microsoft Purview (Azure Information Protection), Microsoft Defender Suite, DLP (Data Loss Prevention), and MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication). Leveraging expertise in Microsoft 365 security technologies and best practices, the engineer designs, implements, and maintains security solutions to protect against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches for Customer’s needs.
Responsibilities- Design, implement, and maintain security solutions within the Microsoft 365 environment, including Microsoft Defender Suite, Intune, Azure Entra Premium features, Microsoft Purview, DLP, and MFA.
- Conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities, assess potential impacts, and prioritize remediation efforts across Microsoft 365 services and applications.
- Develop and implement security policies, standards, and procedures to enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Configure and manage identity and access management (IAM) solutions, including Azure Entra ID, Conditional Access policies, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Privileged Identity Management (PIM).
- Monitor security alerts, incidents, and events using Microsoft 365 Security Center and Microsoft Sentinel, and respond to security incidents in a timely and effective manner.
- Implement Microsoft Purview solutions including labeling, data classification and policies.
- Implement data loss prevention (DLP) policies, encryption mechanisms, and information protection solutions to safeguard sensitive data and prevent unauthorized disclosure.
- Design and implement Microsoft Intune policies to manage device configuration, compliance, and security settings across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices.
- Integrate Microsoft Intune with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Azure Entra ID, Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, and Microsoft SCCM, to extend endpoint protection and enhance security posture.
- Provide guidance and support to end users, administrators, and stakeholders on security best practices, security awareness training, and incident response procedures.
- Stay informed about emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security trends related to Microsoft 365 technologies, and recommend proactive measures to mitigate risks.
- Document security configurations, procedures, and guidelines for the Microsoft 365 environment, and participate in audits, assessments, and compliance activities as required.
