- Plan and manage GCCIA’s LAN/WAN, servers, storage, virtualization, and backup systems. Implement state-of-the-art network components and automation tools to optimize scalability and reliability.
- Design and deploy cloud solutions (virtual networks, VMs, storage) to enhance scalability and cost efficiency. Implement identity management, network security, and encryption to ensure compliance with industry standards. Automate tasks, optimize cloud resources, and manage disaster recovery for high availability.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points) to ensure secure connectivity across GCCIA’s locations. Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and enforce security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Administer servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policies while troubleshooting system performance issues. Ensure compliance with security policies through regular audits and updates.
- Develop backup strategies and cybersecurity protocols to protect against breaches and data loss. Enforce encryption, intrusion detection, and access controls in alignment with GCCIA’s security framework.

- Maintain technical documentation for configurations, processes, and disaster recovery plans. Align infrastructure with DTS guidelines and industry standards (e.g., ISO certifications).
- Provide 2nd/3rd-level support for hardware, software, and network issues, including emergency response coordination. Conduct routine maintenance, firmware updates, and patch management.
- Provide technical training and manage user accounts for onboarding and access control. Resolve user issues and maintain clear communication with internal and external teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to align DTS solutions with business goals, leveraging modern technologies. Research emerging tools to improve infrastructure efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for driving sales growth and creating tailored cloud managed services solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines deep technical expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with strong business acumen to deliver value-based solutions aligned with client objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Daily tasks and delivery expectation
Own the full sales lifecycle for cloud managed services, from qualification to closure.
Engage with CxO-level stakeholders to understand business requirements and propose appropriate cloud Services solutions.
Design managed service offerings for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, cloud cost optimization, DRaaS, monitoring, and governance.
Build tailored proposals, TCO/ROI models, and contractual structures for multi-year cloud outsourcing deals.
Collaborate with delivery, architecture, Application and security teams to ensure solution feasibility and compliance.
Drive commercial strategy, Operational and pricing models, and SLA/XLA definition.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with hyperscale’s (Azure, AWS, GCP), ISVs, and OEM partners.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and lead cloud transformation workshops with clients.
Track and achieve quarterly/annual sales targets in alignment with the cloud GTM strategy.
Stay updated on emerging cloud trends and competitive landscape to refine offerings.

Strong knowledge of cloud architectures (IaaS/PaaS/SaaS), migration strategies, FinOps, AIOPs, and DevOps.
Certifications on Azure/AWS/Google Certified Practitioner.
Proven success in structuring and closing complex cloud managed service contracts.

Join us as Senior Solution and Services Specialist for Hybrid Cloud and AI!
What You Will do:
- Lead TruScale sales in based in KSA.
- Engage Lenovo channels to accelerate end‑user deals.
- Proactively qualify and develop HybridCloud & AI opportunities based on Opex Model.
- Articulate the value of consumption‑based models to C‑suite and finance teams.
- Build incremental pipeline with ISO (International Sales Organization) Account Managers and Channel Partners.
- Own opportunity from discovery to close—including financial modelling, legal coordination, and SLA definition.
- Forecast signings, bookings, and revenue; maintain CRM hygiene.
- Cultivate executive relationships (CIO, CTO, CFO).
- Present TruScale roadmaps, gather product feedback for PM teams.
- Represent Lenovo at regional events (LEAP, GITEX, IDC CIO Summit).
- Publish case studies and internal playbooks on HybridCloud & AI adoption.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience with enterprise hybrid-cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, GPU-as-a-Service) and hyper-converged infrastructure stacks—e.g., Azure Stack HCI, AWS Outposts, Google Distributed Cloud, or comparable solutions.
- Proven ability to design and govern hybrid landing zones that span on-prem, edge, and public-cloud environments for sovereign-data or low-latency workloads.
- Practical experience automating infrastructure builds and lifecycle management with Infrastructure-as-Code and DevOps toolchains such as Terraform, Ansible, and GitOps workflows.
